Fabulous location after a year of cloister, sun sea and a great desire to live outdoors, and then the highly specialized staff pampers you as if you were unique, on the other hand those who know me know that I am content with little, only the best.

Stayed for only 1 night and we fully recommend this hotel it was in my opinion better than the 3 star rating.

We loved to stay here. Personal is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for free which was a very pleasant surprise. So we have got room with jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot Swimming pool is big and deep which is so important considering to the fact that to go to the sea is quite difficult and also there are just rocks. For me it is very important. There are nice views from the hotel. It close to the center. It’s been a pleasure to stay here.

Bad customer service, small rooms, boring breakfast, they refused to provide an iron too!

Central location, 5 minutes or so from the small square of Capri. Beautiful sea view from the rooms that provide for it. Nice pool though small. Convenient bar on the solarium_pool floor. Prices from 4 stars. Room finishing and cleaning generally more from 3 than from 4 stars.

In the heart of Capri… a few minutes from the Piazzetta. Four star Hotel, but the reception and concierge do lose a couple of stars… recovered from the great breakfast.

Expensive not even in the season, funny interiors, but all Pokocano, it is necessary to repair, which is done in parallel with our stay. All the famous sights have been visited for 2 days. Wandering around the island is difficult, hardly found in the rocks overgrown trail, here are all for old and wealthy, but not demanding guests and their service.
And did you want to say at the reception that my husband and I have a pearl wedding, ie 30 years together and did not quarrel? No, the atmosphere is not that.

Capri by day is… meravilgiosa! Capri at night… Magic! If you then accommodation in a hotel called La Floridiana is… magnificent! We had already been a while ago and came back with various novelties: the pool and room, restaurant, Hall etc renovated. The ambience is immediately welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful! As soon as we arrived they also made us a gift: although we had booked a garden view room they wanted to offer a sea view room and that room! There was everything… Also the breakfast very neat in the details and with a view. Only! Do not underestimate the location: 100m from the famous via Le Camerelle (the restaurant with the homonymous name… a little pricey but tasty and refined! ) You can reach the important points of CAPRI. I recommend it to everyone who wants to live this magnificent island well!

Hello all, Hope this helps! My family and I were on our way to the hotel and we realized how bad the walk was, but we didn't let that disappoint us. We expected a 4-star lobby but barely got a 3-star lobby. Then we arrive in our rooms. We got three rooms because all 5 of us would not fit into one room. We got a superior room and a triple room when I get settled in my children come to my rooms extremely disappointed as their room is very very dirty. I follow them to the room and they show me how dirty the room is. My younger son (15) opened the seat cover of the toilet and found pubic hair, remains of someone's poop, and stains all over the bathroom faucet. Extremely disgusted, he went to check how clean the sheets were. Then he found at least 5 stains on the sheets. Then looked into the coffee kettle, we see dust inside the coffee kettle. Then we called the front desk. All she said is I'm sorry she will have the staff clean the room and offered a small water. I was infuriated. The owner would only offer 2 nights out of the 3 in a better room. When the owner of the hotel said the two options are a room with a view or with a hot tub. My kids chose the hot tub then the owner said they don't have it. Are you kidding me? I would recommend Hotel Mamela a hotel next door. Everyone I saw wanted to be thought it was 4-star hotel walking in then got disappointed upon arrival. Sorry no pictures of stains on the sheets forgot to take pictures! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Beautiful Hotel… a few steps from the marvellous Belvedere of Punta… from where you can admire the Faraglioni ✌ and very close to Via Camerelle and the famous "Piazzetta"

Very clean, wonderful staff, breakfast had many choices (including gluten free), eco friendly options in the room in regards to toiletries provides, and location plus view were perfetto.

This place has horrible customer service. In North America it would be a 1 star. Some rooms are dated from 1960. Total joke.

Hotel with a unique welcome, fantastic food and fresh my husband and I had a great time! Very attentive to the needs of our customers. The staff makes you feel at ease, especially Mr. Corrado who made us feel at home, all surrounded by the magical Capri. Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location. Beautiful Room, great views and and an excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the rates affordable especially given the great location. It couldn't have been more perfect.
