Toledostop

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel couldn't have been more central. We were one step away from the main shopping road and the metro station "Toledo". The only thing negative was, that the room doors weren't really isolated. You could hear every little thing that was happening inside the Guest house. The noise cancelling towards the street was very good compared to that. All in all I would recommend a stay here, if you're staying for 2-3 days.

Great place to stay in Naples. Very clean and fairly spacious. Great location too.

This place is amazing. The location, comfort, decor, cleanliness and service are all top notch. It is truly a hidden gem in Naples. Far better than a lot of 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book here; excellent value for money. ❤️

Our room in Hotel ToledoStop was very small but the bathrooms was a good size and there was plenty of wardrobe/ luggage space and a fridge. Decor was tastefully minimalist/ stylish and there was a small balcony overlooking via Toledo. Kettles were available in the hallway. Very clean and comfortable.
It is on a busy and noisy street but with the windows closed the soundproofing is reasonably good. We were so exhausted after busy days it didn’t really bother us.
It is not staffed all the time but staff were contactable and helpful.
Overall we would highly recommend it for short visits to the city.

The room was very comfortable, clean. A diamond in the heart of Naples. Fabrizio is kind and helpful, don’t hesitate to ask him any information, he answers really fast (I don’t know how 😝)! The staff was polite but they don’t speak English, so whatever you want it’s easier to contact Fabrizio. After checkout there is a possibility of leaving your baggage there until your flight. If you are going to travel in Naples is the best accommodation to stay.

The location is great! In the heart of Napoli! The room is very clean, comfortable and safe (there is no fridge). The stuff is kind and smiley but they don’t speak English so it’s a little difficult to communicate.
I would recommend you to stay there.

This hotel was truly a charming one with great service! The location is very close to the metro station, & there are many cafes, pizzerias, & a cake shop across the street. The room had a very nice & modern decor, the bathroom is also very clean & everything was modern & nice. There was also a small balcony overlooking the side street. The elevator is old, only stops at one floor per call, & you will receive a set of 5 keys with a paper to explain which goes where, a bit confusing at first but manageable. I’ll definitely stay there again!

This small charming hotel is located in a perfect location just near Quartieri Spagnoli.
We came back twice to the same place cause we really enjoyed our first experience there.
The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Fabricio (the owner) and his staff are very kind and helpful with every question and request.
There is no doubt we will go there again. We strongly recommend this place.
