We stayed at the Bed and breakfast Factory Design for one night located a few meters from Via Toledo where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, and public transport to be able to move to several main places most visited in Naples.
The rooms of the Factory Design are very comfortable, modern, bright where cleanliness, kindness and professionalism are the masters. I must say that the experience was very positive the location I would say great for those who would like to spend a weekend without thoughts.
I would recommend Factory Design breakfast Super top. The owners are available and attentive to the needs of all customers.

A stone's throw from toledo metro station, then in a central location of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful and give good tips on where to go. The rooms are well appointed and spacious.

Very warm welcome, impeccable service, clean facility and comfortable rooms. Excellent experience, I suggest trying to spend a nice weekend in Naples.

Very good location and kind staff! We got good suggestions on where to go in Napels and where to have dinner. The hotel itself was comfortable and there was a nice Italian style breakfast.

Definitely an excellent choice that I will recommend it definitely to friends and relatives who want to visit Naples! Very central and easy to reach (metro a few meters away). Cosy, clean and simple, excellent price-quality ratio. What more can I say? Thanks, in particular, to Gennaro :)

Very nice staff, great breakfast, clean and big rooms. Here’s nothing to complain about.

— Deluxe room was not deluxe at all. Not wide rooms as we saw from the photos here. It was nothing like property photos here, it was very small. — There were huge stairways in the entrance of the hotel. Not suitable for a stroller/pushchair. — Very little and old elevator working with 10 euro cents. Again very difficult to fit in with a stroller. — Very uncomfortable pillows. — Unprofessional reception services: We went to the receptionu to check-out. And delivered the keys. They didn't tell us anything. When we arrived at the airport, they called and texted us about 20 times that there was a credit card problem which they didn't mention during check-out. After being disturbed 30 times while trying to catch our plane with a toddler (! ), when we could sit down, we gave them another credit card and the problem was solved. — Our room was on 1st floor with another room and a common breakfast area. The other rooms and the reception were on 6th floor. — We woke up at 6:00am every morning because of a truck that brought supplies to the restaurants down the building.

A good place, clean, downtown, affable staff at a fair price.

Great B… full center of Naples.

Brand new B. Great breakfast with homemade cakes. The 2 Owners, Enzo and Gennaro, are kind guys, available to the improvement and very polite. The design is modern, minimal but cozy. Very close to the beautiful Toledo station, the area is safe and full of shops (via Roma). I recommend for a pleasant stay in Naples.

This place is amazing. Clean, unique, friendly and cakes… il migliore. I would (and have) recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great, clean BnB. It is on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator. This elevator costs 10 cents to go up or down. Which is fine, unless you don't have any change.
