Dependance

We really enjoyed our stay here. A very cosy authentic place, very clean as well. You should know that it is located in one condominio, you need to find the wooden gate, ring the domophone o dial a code before entering into the court. The hotel has its own staircase and entry.
The check-in by reception was done online, by a video call from monitor in the hall. It was a new experience for me and my daughter.
At the entrance there is a coffee table welcoming the guests with some biscuits.
The breakfast was delicious, a good choice of cheese, sausages, fried eggs, fruits, fresh pastry, jam, butter, and toasts, different types of bread, juice, tea and coffee. The breakfast room is also furnished in the authentic style with wooden furniture.
The bedroom us very clean, cosy, with various spots of light, its own shower and toilet.
The location is very convenient, not far from the center, and rather safe though that little narrow street looked terrifying at the beginning, but we found out it is situated very close to main touristic streets and near one of the buildings of University of Oriental Studies in Napoli.
It is a very good balance of quality and price, taking into account the location not far from the center of the city.

We just arrived to the hotel and our chamber is perfumed with a beautiful aroma, clean, the bathroom is perfect for our one night stay, the air conditioner cools down the room immediately, we have a loggia and one big bed with a small bed, all very comfortable for the three of us to enjoy a night in Naples at an affordable price.
The hotel is placed in an old house with thick wooden beams on the ceiling. At the reception we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful girl who carefully explained everything for our stay and provided a list of restaurants for us to try.
Additionally they offer 24/7 little snacks at the reception and there is 24/7 video surveillance for extra safety at the main door.
In the room you have a safe with a key in order to store your valuable belongings.
All in all, I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

My review is for the 2 more "budget" rooms — the "business double" and the "dependance" (a room with a separate entrance from the courtyard". I booked via the hotel and got "70% off" or something rate — and I would be shocked if I paid even a euro above the < 50/night rate for either of these rooms. The "business double" has no window (! ) and is located in the middle of the breakfast room/general housekeeping area, 1 meter from the heavy door to the street that is being slammed every minute or so. Then I moved to "dependance" — a dark, somewhat dump room with it's own entrance. Entrance into the dark and scary and super loud courtyard — with tracks and cars entering, ten or so mopeds and motocycled being park and used immediately ouside of your door at all hours, early morning garbage/delivery noise, plus the general street noise. It's the noisiest place I reied to sleep in my entire life. In addition, the metal bed makes terrible screeching noises at every move.
The rooms are clean, the location is very good.
My request to stay for a few hours past 10:30 check-out was rudely denied by the management (even though the room and all other rooms were not rented for that or following days :) That has spoiled initially good impression from very kind welcome from the other personnel. Certainly won't ever stay there or recommend it.
