Fabulous service and exceptional placement. With a property so close to the water, you expect excellent seafood — — and that is what they serve. The waitstaff is in no rush and will make sure you are well taken care of and enjoy your meal.

Nice spot, the restaurant nsits right next to the water and has a lovely view. The food was very good and fresh. The service was good although it could have been friendlier.

Had dinner there. Waiters needed to re-read the basics on waiting manual … such as … can I have a proper glass for my beer? not the wine glass like you suggested I use. Also salt and pepper should be a given. And when asked for please don’t just dump it on the table. … a waiter twisting it for me is a nice part of the service. And also bread comes with stuff (don’t care if it’s butter or oil or balsamic) … just don’t make customers ask for it. This is simple stuff that if not done already creates a negative impression. Good service is easy … please re-read the manual. And then the food. BLAND! Avoid this place. Nice view … that’s it.

After walking around untidy Napoli coastline we piced up this wonderful restaurant and we had the best table facing yacht harbour and Vesuvius. Then with kind and good service, we had very tasty risotto and pizza. Sounds simple but the food was not. We simply loved the food, service, vine and the view. Words by MC Hammer: "Stop. Have a time. The Transatlantico restaurant is gorgeous, sitting right on the water of the Bay of Naples attached to the Castle there. From this gorgeous setting you can see the city and Vesuivius in the distance, very romantic. The menu was fantastic, the food very fresh. We had a very friendly waiter. All in all our check came in at under €100 and we were not skimping! Great value.

The restaurant is located in the old fishing village. Weather permitting, the tables are placed in close contact with the sea of the port. As for the food, I would say that everything is great and the prices are in the average town. The staff is very kind. Recommended restaurant.

Restaurant for 10 and lode. Primarily the food that is prepared with fresh raw material and quality, cooked with care and simplicity and served with courtesy and professionalism. The structure is very large and the décor recalls the Seafaresque motifs revisited in a modern key. The icing on the cake is the breathtaking location: we eat on the sea with a view of Vesuvius and Castel Dell'ovo behind. The value for money is very high (for the place and the food we thought to spend twice) : Two aperitifs (offered by the very kind Antonio in the short wait for the preparation of the table) two starters, two first one second, two desserts, coffee and killacaffè, a Bottle of water and a bottle of Falanghina we spent about 40 euros apiece. Only downside is the fact that the venue is always very busy on weekends. However if you choose the best is normal that it is so. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Naples. Recommended.

Spectacular dinner… Freshest fish all at high level… Polite and helpful staff really all excellent we will definitely go back.

ASOLDLY DISCOURAGED
It is the first time that "I start" to write a review, just because it hit me in a negative way. As soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed by the stench of smoke, then the smell of bath urine, then we switched to the poor food is say the least, old furniture. Bill very steep really really discouraged.

On a nice cool yet sunny day this was the spot to be. Great food with a great marina view. The staff was really friendly and had a great recommendation on the wine!

Excellent location with a view of the docked boats whilst you eat. Lovely walk down to the restaurant near Castel Dell'ovo. Food was great, staff were polite and helpful. Easily the restaurant of choice under the castle.

Food was good. Fresh seafood. Great location. Service lacking…

Terrible food, terrible service, 100% tourist trap. Avoid at all costs. The long list of grievances include: Having a waiter shove a menu into my hand after we had already ordered, saying we must order at least one plate per person in order to be served. We also waited over an hour for cold, salty pizza with toppings that slid right off the dough due to the watery sauce and/or the excessive oil. In addition, we had to ask for the check three separate times before it was finally brought to us. To top it all off, we were plagued the whole evening by terrible music from second-rate musicians.

I worked in the ceremony of my daughter who say sublime. Congratulations for the professionalism, fresh food, but especially for very low costs. I recommend it to everyone.

Delicious sea food. Wonderful view, very professional staff. Had fried squid, risotto with seafood, artichokes with olives and two drinks — the bill was 34 euro.

Outrageously expensive! and sufficient quality. 3 Baba, a tea, two bottles of water: 32 euros. Really exaggerated.

Excellent as an aperitif, you can also have dinner. The staff is very courteous.
