Beautiful hotel and great welcome with exquisite staff, deserves to be taken into account.

Waterfront hotels. Vesuvius view. Comfortable and well-organized.

Very hot room, very uncomfortable bathroom (the toilet was practically attached to the wall) and with a window too small, poorly maintained breakfast terrace. I wouldn't go back.

What a little gem of a hotel. Very stylish with great character. Beautiful furnished public rooms and a delightful roof terrace where breakfast is served whilst looking out over The Bay of Naples to Vesuvius beyond. The hotel is positioned on the promenade with quite a busy road in front of it but do not let this put you off. We had a front balcony room and could sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Naples if we wanted and the promenading families in the evening. But shut the doors and close the shutter and you are in a peaceful, very quiet room. The room is VERY clean and tidy and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in Naples. The tour buses, island ferries etc are just a short walk as is the port area, castle and, for the ladies… the shops. Local bars and restaurants are close to hand to offer a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax at the end of your day. The staff were exceptional and helpful with every detail of our stay Very highly recommended… we will be back.

Great hotel. Highly recommended by friends and relatives.

Good location and nice breakfast. Parking parnter was good price too (for the day $18). Room was dated though, and minimal power plugs for electronics. Since it's located on the water you can have nice views (weather permitting) but being on the edge means more walking in and around city center.

First time in this hotel… and already I'm in love…
It is a structure a little dated and renovated only in part. My room, on the mezzanine floor, offers a spectacular view but it was a bit noisy. The service is very attentive, polite but also discreet. If you pay attention to the offers (and if you maybe call in the hotel before booking! ) You can enjoy this paradise at a very affordable price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Miramire. Excellent location, very professional staff, beautiful room and view of the bag of Naples. The rooftop breakfast alone is worth the price of admission. You won't be disappointed.

Very large room with seen on the Vesuvius.

Very styleful Hotel, next to the sea with a splendid vue on the Vesuvius, both from the room balconee and from the terrace on top of the hotel. The rooms are not very large, but every thing you need is in there. Look for the old elevator still functioning very good (if you close the double door) and for the breakfast in the morning which is not a standard one you can find in every hotel.

A few steps from Borgo marinas, with a fantastic panoramic terrace, you are able to turn the whole city comfortably. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are equipped with all the comforts. Breakfast is served on the terrace for a great day start.

This is the 2 year that we stay at the Miramare, I read some negative reviews… I must say that I disagree… spacious rooms and bathrooms and great cleanliness, view of Vesuvius Show, great value for money… staff disponibillissimo to the maximum. Sure you can go to other hotels but it is not said that you get what you get at the Miramare… I find it family and breakfast on the terrace and charming with staff of a kindness that fulfills what you ask. Now it has become our hotel when we return from CAPRI our stage is at the Miramare… I recommend it… a greeting to all the staff…

Friendly staff, boutique hotel from a by gone era.

Great experience. Friendly owners. Well appointed rooms. Breakfast on the roof with spectacular views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples. Being a kiwi was pleasantly surprised to find a stuffed toy sheep in my room. Little touches but appreciated.

What to say… The hotel is a beautiful example of late 19th to early 20th century architecture. The inside is as well. The pluses of this hotel are the historical features, the location (5 minutes from main sights) and the amazing view. We didn't get to sample breakfast as no one told us anything about it and we couldn't be bother finding out after the problem of changing rooms. The look of the hotel is ruined in some part by the mismatch of internal decor some of it clearly 70's or 80's. The room was a worse mismatch with holes in the roof where light fittings had been and there were stains on the velvet padded wall. There was a crack in the bath that oozed brown gunk when you stood near it. We did get our room changed and a reduction in price to which we were a lot happier. According to locals there are b+bs that are better furnished. It's one to avoid if I'm honest at the price they advertise. Not a 4 star in any way.

Top position, top service, top rooms and top breakfast. This hotel is one of my landmarks. Top position on the shore and the center, if You have one of the deluxe rooms the morning sun will awake you to step on the balcony opposite the sea and the Vesuvio — unique. If you arrive with Your car, this is the best place to go. The service is excellent, warm and personally since the owner and his family is always present. The rooms and the lobby are tastefully furnished with everything You will need. Even situated to the main road you will estimate the silence provided by classic walls and modern windows. Best of best is the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Gulf: this breakfast is far beyond everything you will be used in Italy. Enjoy this place that You will never forget for its unique hospitality.

I just LOVE this hotel. It has a glorious old world charm yet has every modern comfort. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed. The owners Enzo and Bibi are so friendly (as is their dog Whisky) My wife and I had a glorious short holiday at the Miramare and I recommend it to all those with the best taste and a wish for luxury. The views over the Bay of Naples to Mount Vesuvius are spectacular.

This charming and cosy hotel situated on lungomare of Naples made our holiday very pleasant.
The quality of a generous breakfast, enjoyed on the beautiful terrace of Mount Vesuvius, represented for us the best way to start the day.
The owners and staff efficiency, a social context of great merit.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms, especially the deluxe sea front, like the one we stayed in; very carefully.
In addition, the strategic location where is located the hotel, just a few metres from the old town, which makes staying quite handily.
If I had to look for a "sin", I would refer to the lack of a private garage (one exists adiacent).
