Great hotel, all rooms with a view of the beach. Great service. Fantastic breakfast — I could sit there and eat all the different delicacies for hours.

Very nice hotel, the breakfast is gorgeous! Very central in the town, accessible directly to the beaches, the personal is very friendly! It’s like a big family! I recommend it!

I travel all the time and try to always stay at a Marriott! That said, avoid this hotel! The service was awful, people were rude and the food was sub-par. Do yourself a favor and book at the Sheraton next door!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, awesome views. Great location on the beach. Charged $4.50 for bottled water when other hotels gave free bottled water.

It is a very confortable hotel and the people very kindly with customers. Ahh the breakfast very nice.

First room was abhorrently filthy: brown-stained mattress, splatters of liquid on all the furniture and mirors, etc. The mattress on the bed appeared to be at least 20 years old — lumpy and covered with a thin mattress topper. I wouldn’t even bring my bags into the room. I will write the Manager was extremely empathetic and moved us to a newly-renovated room that was significantly cleaner (a 6 out of 10 as opposed to a 3 (at best) out of 10). Breakfast buffet is plentiful: classic Israeli, so no meats of any kind, but a fantastic selection of salads, smoked fish, eggs and cheeses, etc. The atmosphere is akin to the sack of Rome, so be prepared for pushing, and an abundance of volume-cringing cell-phone rings and subsequent phone conversations. Dinner buffet is smaller, but substantial, and priced on the higher-end, even for a hotel. There’s a decently priced a la carte menu as well. The dinner dining room/area leaves little to be desired, view-wise. Same goes for the lobby bar. This particular beach-front is for the younger-crowd; reminiscent of Venice, CA muscle beach: loud-pumping music, never-ending volleyball, an outdoor workout area, and lots of young, hot-bodies. (Your teenagers will love this. ) If you’re middle-aged, and prefer a private beach, you’re out of luck. There are quite a few inexpensive beach food options though, some quite good (I recommend Gordo’s: good food, sunset views, and Aperol spritzes).

It's an old hotel, but the renovated rooms are clean and comfortable. Many ppl here talk about their great breakfast spread. Nothing special really. Service is stellar at the front desk. Breakfast service not so. Great venue, right by the beach.

Hotel on the waterfront that saw better times. It does a lot of Vegas hotel years 70. Balcony for each room. Carpet in the hallways and rooms. The rooms not very large, air conditioner not adjustable for temperature, fridge bar not usable is more a distributor. Breakfast at $25 per person. Free Wifi. Great gym on the beach level well equipped. Connected to directly to the beach, great location.

This is an exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed each with its own balcony that has a view of the ocean. High quality linen and amenities in the rooms. There is never a problem for the staff, they are absolutely professional, friendly and helpful at all times. The staff truly makes you feel important and well taken care of. The facilities in this hotel is of very exceptional standard. It has lovely lounges and dining rooms overlooking the beach. They also have a great gym looking out over the beach on the one side and over their indoors heated swimming pool and jacuzzi on the other side. They also have direct access from the hotel onto the beach. Don't mis out on spa treatments! I would recommend staying here anytime if you feel in the mood for some pampering and luxury.

Fantastic views and very welcoming staff. Great location as well, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. This hotel typically appears as a pick-up spot for tours, as do the surrounding hotels.

The staff was professional, courteous, and they put forth the effort to make customers welcome. The view of the sea is very good, the hotel clean. Taxis easily available.

Stayed in one of the rooms renovated in late 2017. Beautifully done. Used their valet parking which was very reasonably priced, comparable to self parking rates at competing hotel up the beach. Excellent gym and pool and Wi-Fi that were all included. Also enjoyed the well provisioned executive lounge on the top floor. Quality of food was better than the competing hotel up the beach. Highly recommend this location and you will be rewarded generously with Marriott points. Only improvement to location would be the addition of more parking as they stated during busy times there may not be any. This is concerning, but I would hope their valet service will find somewhere to put the car! Will report back if this ever becomes a problem in the future. See attached room photos.

Somewhat old-fashioned design, it is clear that the hotel has not been updated for a long time. In general, everything is clean and tidy, however, no one requires from the Israelis European chic and glitter, here everything is a little dusty and shabby.

This is a very good hotel for business or vacation travel to Tel Aviv. It's located just above the beach and has beautiful sea views from the lounge, the restaurant and many of the rooms. Although I didn't use it, it had a beautiful roof deck pool also overlooking the sea. Many members of my group were staying at the Renaissance just next door and by comparison I would gladly choose the Sheraton again.

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. A full breakfast buffet and an egg chef that knows her business. The 16 floor lounge is great and again with staff that make you feel welcome. Likewise house keeping also offer very good service. Excellent location on the beach, no need to cross the main coast road. If you like to exercise or surf it’s great. Jaffa is an easy walk along the promenade and the rest of the city easy to reach by foot or taxi. Recommended.

Old hotel! Repairs are needed and it should be updated! Plus I think that to the sea 5 minutes walk.

Great people taking care of you here. The Hotel food is good. The team on the restaurant floor are very attentive and friendly. Hotel decor is a bit dated and needs renovation. Very clean. Most rooms have a balcony. Elevators are slow. If you're on the 5th floor or lower, I would suggest you take the fire exit to get to your floor.

Beautiful hotel, right on the Mediterranean. Safe area. Nice beach walk after dark. We would definitely stay there again.

Classic Grand Hotel on the beautiful waterfront of Tel Aviv. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Gym and sauna/bath turn open late. Direct access to the beach level.

Hotel is very dated. Even an upgrade would not fix it. They need a total overhaul of this place. Far too expensive for what they offer. Is the worst Marriott place I have ever been. Staff is OK, friendly and helpful but there are much better places in Tel Aviv for less money.

This tell is awesome. The breakfast is so amazing you'll never want to go to another hotel for breakfast again. The views of the beach are very beautiful.

Very good spa. Pool sauna gym. Great view on the sea and the beach. Saturday there is dancing people on the beach. Very positive ambient.

Impossible Hotel with outrageous staff.

Bike path, beach, sea, surfing for beginners and not only if you look at the sea-right yacht-driving or just ride, you can see the plane that goes to land at the airport, and it's a joy — to sit on the shore (for this everything is adapted) and meet the sunset (and May and dawn) …

We were a large family group (10 adults, 2 children + 4 babies) staying in 6 rooms for just one night. The hotel is not new but it is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The only area that we saw where cleaning could be improved is the corridors on the room floors. We ate Friday night dinner and breakfast, both of them buffet style. The range of food and the quality was impressive, and the service attentive. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. I have to take off a star because of the high price. I know that this is the standard for Tel Aviv hotels, but it is still hard to accept.

The building is slightly old, but rooms are updated. Wonderful breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelette, different white cheese, varieties of artisan bread and desserts (including creme brulee! ). Professional and courteous staff. Docked one star because they never fixed an issue with the room door being loose.

This hotel is quite nice. The hotel offers a lovely executive level and decent size suites in regards to Israeli standards. The room is not large, but most rooms in Israel hotels are not. It however is accommodating and offers closet space and decent size facilities. The location and view are the gifts of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, professional without loosing the Israeli "my home is your home" feeling. Food was fresh and breakfast is a must. Priced competitively with other hotels.

A gorgeous hotel, in which we had a wonderful evening, in honor of the anniversary of the beautiful woman, the famous buzzer NADY GOODMAN. A huge thank you to the administration of the hotel.

Made a reservation for one room three people on the website. The website quoted $275 per night. When I got there they charged $350. Said the roll-away bed was $75. I spoke to the manager. Showed her my request and confirmation for one room, three guests, $275. She would have none of it. That's just dishonest. I was totally honest in my request. This is called a bait and switch. She blamed corporate. They will quote you one price and then add on when you get there.
