Excellent experience for my wife and I.

Unfortunately after many stays at this hotel I could kill myself this time. We need info and help and can’t even get the operator to answer the phone. Employees are rude, pushy and dismissive. Only after a fit worthy of a rumplestilkin stomp, I finally got some hangars. However, the service here today isn’t worth more than that of a cheap motel. Sadly, the prices are that of a super posh hotel.

The customer service is fantastic and this hotel has one of the best Club Lounges in all of the hotels I have visited. The view of the Mediterranean is amazing and the beach front / promenade access is the best.

Great location, right on the beach. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel, with good attentive staff. The whole hotel works to a high standard. Spacious public rooms. Close by there's good shopping, cafes and enjoyable nightlife.

The Sheraton Tel Aviv is a beautiful hotel with great views of the beach. The rooms was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. There is also a delicious breakfast buffet available. I would happily stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel again.

I have stayed here several times over the years. Its an old hotel that has been nicely renovated and does a nice job. The pool is nice and there is a good fully equipped fitness gym. If you can get a Marina Suite they are a good size and comfortable. It can be a little pricey for what you get depending on the time of the year, but worth a look and is only place to redeem Marriott / SPG points in Tel Aviv.

Employees are friendly and helpful! Everyone who works at the lobby bar are probably the most friendly out of the whole place. They most certainly go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's close to a lot of good places to eat and places to shop. Rooms are clean and comfortable a little dated but if you're in Tel Aviv to stay in your room you shouldn't come here. The beach is across the street and there is a towel service at the beach exit which is incredibly useful! I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Best location and comfortable rooms. Lovely city walk to everything. Beach is just fantastic and the staff is pleasant, the hotel has an open lobby area that sits a bar and hosts a restaurant and a lounge on the top floor. Centrally located to distant shopping area and right across from the Herbert Samuel Pier. One of my favorite destination.

Staff are fantastic and place is nice and clean. Rooms are reasonably sized and well appointed. Issue is that it's very dated and feels like going back in time to the 80s. Views from the rooms make up for that though.

This was a great location to stay! It was close to many different places in the downtown area! It was great that it was right by the beach which made for great sunsets. I gave them 4 stars because when I got to my room, I had no wash cloths and there was hair all over the sink from the prior residents. But they did quickly rectify the issue and did a stellar job throughout the week.

Great beach front location. Everything is a short or long walk (along the beach) away. Rooms are nice, a little bit tight/narrow but beds are firm and comfortable. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, love the buffet breakfast.

Really did not meet my expectations. Hotel is outdated and needs major renovations inside and out. They declined to upgrade us to suites which were available. Pool area says kid friendly, but far from it. Food was bad. Coffee and even the scrambled eggs were watered down. Concierge service knew close to nothing. Also failed to hold our reservations at the restaurant. Bell staff was slow. Staff found it difficult to smile I made my complaints known and little to nothing was done about it.

Good people. Nice enough rooms. They have Illy coffee machines in the rooms. Beautiful views from most sides.

Outstanding location across the street from the main Beach area in Tel Aviv. About a 30-minute walk down the beach to Jaffa. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice common areas with bar, restaurant, pool, and spa. The rooms are a bit dated but generally clean. The in-room Wi-Fi does not normally have a strong signal and is slow. Beds are reasonably comfortable but the pillows can be a bit hard. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Prices are about average for a Tel Aviv beachfront hotel.

Beautiful five-star hotel on the waterfront of Tel Aviv. It is located 200 meters from the sea with a large sea beach and 10 minutes on foot from the city center.

Great hotel with beautiful sea view.

This is one of the best Sheratons I've stayed in during last several years. Of course, having Gold SPG status and being upgraded to Club Lounge room, added to my positive experience. Club is great, food, wine, ambience, service, views. Rooms are quite nice and modern, good sized, with balcony facing the beach and Marina. Cheerful service, all is good, with only few minor wrinkles.

Stay unfortunately too short to fully appreciate (between two planes)

A very vibrant yet dignified location with friendly service and clean, spacious interior. Highly recommended for group visiting and organisations. Great waterfront vista, especially on cool nights with aircraft approaching landing pattern in Ben Turion Aip't just a short leap from there.

Comfortable rooms with great views of the Mediterranean. Located very close to the beach and offers good amenities like spa, fitness center and swimming pool.

It’s easy to make a hotel look good but it’s hard to find good people to work there. The Sheraton Tel Aviv have somehow found all the right people. I will never stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv besides the Sheraton. Thanks to Isaac, Natali, and Moria for making my stay so awesome.

If you want it to be more luxurious. Excellent location on the beach, spacious rooms with sophisticated and modern facilities. Very international audience of the middle to high income class.

The staff at this hotel are beyond helpful, definitely the feather in the establishment's hat. Nothing was too much of an ask; always polite, smiling and composed. The premises are beautiful, the beds huge and comfortable, the beach nearby simply stunning. Breakfast is ridiculously good. Lots of local produce, tonnes of choice. Yes, they have indulgent choices for the Western palate (even pizza and pasta! ), but I cannot recommend the local fish and fruit enough. Access to a gorgeous pool. Well deserved five stars.

Hotel is quite beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Beds and pillows are great. Did not spend much time in the hotel because we were out exploring. Concierge Lounge had plenty of food and liquor and was quite comfortable. Only wish they had Scotch that was better than Johnnie Walker red.

Everything was fantastic. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the well kept building and up to date rooms. The food and amenities are top notch. Most importantly, this hotel has the 3 main things that make for a successful business. Location, location, and location. The Tel Aviv Sheraton is on the beach, across the street from the promenade and easy access to and from it with either buses and or Taxis. I will be back next summer!

Very comfortable hotel. Right on the beautiful Tell Aviv beach. Nice pool with food and drink. Also, the breakfast is delicious. Great deals if your a Starwood member.

Sheraton next to the best beach in Tel Aviv is an awesome combination. Food and services are up to the mark. The security is a little tight compared to other Sheraton hotels, which I think it's good. The reception area where we find most delays is handled well actually. Room and cleanliness: 5/5 Intelligible response to questions in "English": 5/5 People friendly: 5/5 Services and restaurants is again five I never used the hotel transport. Please check hotel reception if you wanted to enter the beach at odd hours. Pics of view from hotel are attached.

Great hotel with fantastic sea view. Directly across the street from the Tel Aviv promenade with easy access. The service was great. Love the lavish Israeli breakfast. Room was clean and newly renovated. Picture below is my view from the 17th floor.

For me it is inexpensive as I get a million… Under my window a cat without a tail sat for me it was unpleasant windows good bath bed too well put 4 stars.

A hotel with full of lie. I am a platinum member of spg, for this trip I use my suite night award and got upgrade to a corner suite for two night, when I get inside my room, I found the suite is not really nice, old decoration and little sea view. At this moment I request for another suite which face to the ocean, and the staff say we don't have any suite which in front of ocean, and I willing to down grade my room to a non suite room, and I allow them to charge my suite night award also. However their reply is after I use the suite night award I can only stay in suite and they need to get the approve by spg to cancel the suite night award, and I repeat I don't mind u charge my suite night award and down grade my room to non suite, and he reply is we don't have any room which face to ocean and now is 100% OCCUPIed now. So I send message to Sheraton facebook Facebook and they also say they don't have room face to ocean for two night. On my second night in this hotel, in my corner suite toliet have a very strange noisy make me can't fall in sleep, and even their technical staff after fix also have the noisy. And I request for a quiet room for my sleep, and finally they give me a room which is high floor and face to the ocean, but now is 12:30am my final night in here. I really feel disappointed to their arrangement, which is full of lie, how can a spg hotel can doing like this, cheat their client everyday. I do feel it's waste my holiday in here.

I love the Sheraton Tel Aviv. The renovated rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the views down the beach are stunning and the Club Lounge for Platinum SPG members offers a great service with a lovely patio on the 18th floor. I'll stay again if I have another chance to visit Tel Aviv.

Great service, Club Lounge is very pleasant. Room was located on the 18th floor overlooking the sea. There's a (very small) balcony. The bathroom is quite small, a sink, bathtub, WC. The room itself is spacious. The staff is very friendly and obliging. The defective coffee machine has been without being replaced.

The Sheraton in Tel Aviv provides a very fine hotel experience, coupled with the great service to their guests. This wasn't my first time staying there, & when I go back to Israel, I will make sure to stay there again.

A good comfortable hotel. Nothing superfluous. Everything is as it should be.

Old hotel recently refurbished that has as plus the great position in front of the sea (even if, you need to cross a road to reach the beach). Rooms are clean but very "tired". Some of them are new, mostly are just repainted, but furniture are very old and the bathroom need completely refurbishment as are there form the 70s. Nice breakfast but very expensive. Gym is very poor and not well maintained. Swimming pool is fine. Over expensive for what offer and absolutely far from what you expect from SPG.

Excellent location. Very central to the beach and shopping areas. Staff is always really friendly and nice. Free Wi-Fi and paid parking available. The restaurant breakfast is really amazing.

Location is A+, but service (especially room service) is unfortunately abysmal. Most rooms need a complete revamp. If you can, ask for a remodeled room (on the 13th floor). I would not return to this hotel; there are newer hotels nearby to spend your money with better customer service.

This place needs a complete revamp. Prices are high and the service may be choppy at times. Overall, the location is pretty good but you'd need to suffer from that lack of elements.

Disappointing. Dirty room, unpleasant staff, breakfast was not included, tried room. the only advantage was the sea view.

Sheraton Tel Aviv has a great location, and is well known, but the rooms are cramped, there are no upgrades for SPG members and it's expensive. There are no dynamic exciting restaurants where guests can spend a buck. I understand she was the place to be. But no more.
