What a hotel! Great hotel for beach access and room service always on point. Recently married and was the best decision I've made. I definitely recommend it to anyone coming to visit Tel Aviv. Very clean, cleaning lady is very understanding about privacy and when I need her for my room she's always on time. Love this hotel!

Very very nice hotel right on the beach in Tell Aviv. Friendly staff, ok pool and excellent breakfast. However hotel feel a little worn down even though lots of renovation is going on. Can still recommend and mostly because of staff and excellent location. Doesn't get much better in Tell Aviv.

Great hotel, but the attention is now there is renovation, neater with the choice of room.

And so did, Doron, the Concierge, who gave us all information needed to visit Tel Aviv and Jaffa. Both were so helpful, kind and polite!
It is our first trip to Israël. We decided to choose the Crowne Plaza Beach Tel Aviv, because we wanted to be assured of a good service and have a nice sea view.
We arrived early in the morning, at around 10 o'clock and we had to wait for our room to be ready until 3 P. M, check in time. At 3.32 P. M, we still had not got our room, after 3 visits at the reception desk, hoping to get a room sooner.
Liron, a young lady at the Reception desk, made us forget the long waiting, by giving us exactly the room we were expected to have, with in plus, access to the Club Lounge on the 9 th floor, where we can relax and have a glass of wine and fruits, facing the Mediterranean sea!
Liron and Doron are ambassadors to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Group and we will make sure to make our reservations to the Crowne Plaza Beach Tel Aviv, again.

Tasty food and clean enough, the problem is that there is a repair of the external façade.

Very good hotel. Right on the beach and diagonally opposite indian embassy. Great view. Great service. Business lounge on the 9th floor is just great. Building facade is under renovation though so balcony/terrace is closed for all rooms. But it is just temporary.

Overall a great place. The location honestly can't be beat: just steps away from the beach. Staff is friendly and breakfast/lounge are wonderful. The only issue is that they are currently renovating and so it is very noisy during the day.

Awesome location. Can’t wait to see it once it’s done being renovated. It was being renovated during our stay so there was noise and some disorganization unfortunately. But that should not have affected certain aspects of our stay. For example, we had an early flight and requested breakfast to go a day in advance as it says to do so in their info packet. The front desk assured us everything was set for breakfast to be delivered. No one showed up. We rushed to check out and told the front desk we had not received breakfast and their response was “oh, I’m sorry. Well we won’t charge you so you’re all checked out. Have a nice flight! ” We had a little time and expected them to at least run and get us a couple apples or something but nope. They just wanted us out the door apparently.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and well located, beachfront, but renovation works, totally surrounded by scaffolding and with all the windows closed… We will have to wait for the finalization of the work in several months.

Nice place, but last time I visited there was a reconstruction and horrible noise. But in general the place is good and location is amazingly terrific.

Really the rooms are spacious. Could be a bit old fashioned, but the room has everything you need. The view from the window to the sea.

A catastrophe morning alarm clock by jackhammer not own balcony condemned and service very arrogant pool not clean we could have at least warned us of work very disappointing not to advise.

The hotel is currently under construction, with very loud noise the entire day. Staff didn't have earplugs to help people who wanted a bit more sleep. Although some rooms are lovely, they have some very tired, old and dirty un-renovated rooms which, when I complained was told, "We regret that you did not appreciate the unique vintage interior design of the room, which is highly demanded by our loyal guests" which is hilarious, but also representative of their inhospitable approach and dismissive attitude. It's a pity since the location is lovely, the breakfast is tasty (and I'm an IHG platinum member), but I'd absolutely pick one of the neighboring hotels if you have the choice.

Service is really slow. Their tendency is, let the things happen at its own way. Don't bother, till the guest get bothered.

Staff has been pretty wonderful but the hotel has a few issues. It is under construction so no chance of sleeping late or even staying in your room while the construction workers are working out the outside of the hotel. It is very loud! I had to have maintenance come to my room twice because the power kept going out. It's a beach front hotel but the two exits on the beach side are either broke or blocked off so u have to go out the front and walk around the hotel. They have a gym but it's tiny with limited hours and not so great treadmills. On a positive note, the staff, the breakfast and hotel food are great. Once they have completed there renovations this hotel will be a great place to stay.

Great location for beach access. The hotel itself is pretty nice but could use a few updates, the staff however makes it a 5 star hotel! Rachel & the servers in the business center are excellent! The breakfast as well as all the food is delicious. Really enjoyed all my stays.

Staff is great, this looks and feels like an old hotel that requires a massive redesign. However it is clean. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, near the beach and some main Tel Aviv strips, you're fine. If you're expecting a 4 star north American hotel, then you'll be dissapointed.

Very good location, in front of the beach. Lobby and restaurants are very good. Rooms have excellent view to the beach.

Staying here for 4 days, very nice room on 12th floor with a balcony and a Great view of city and the beach. It is a very busy breakfast room on a Saturday but is calm during the week this time of year. A great breakfast selection and we would be happy to stay here again.

Great value superb service.

Front desk staff was very nice. Water never gets really hot & the soap isn't nice. Asked for more than 2 bath towels but they didn't provide them.

While the hotel has a good location, just one step from the beach it might not be suitable for travelers who are looking for a relaxed and quiet hotel stay. The hotel is packed with young children which makes the lobby, the dining room and the rest of the public places feel like a war zone. Due to the poor isolation this might be true also for the guest bedrooms. During our stay we suffered from noise at late hours, cigarettes smoke from the neighboring rooms and staff unwilling to enforce the hotel non-smoking policy.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Awesome location and the service was great as well. Very recommended.

Had a fantastic week here in May 2017. Backs on to the beach and the promenade. Fantastic views of the beach and sunset. Pool has a retractable roof that opens about halfway for sunbathing.

Major water leak in our room. Water leaked all over floor. I took video of the situation. They came to our room with compressors and had to remove part of the ceiling that housed a/c equipment. All this right before a wedding we attended. All luggage on floor soaked, disgusting. Manager offered 25% off one night! Ha, I explained all our luggage was soaked with this filthy water, to no avail. Not to mention we found dirty socks under our bed. Be careful here. I told the manager we have video of all the water and equipment they brought to our room, he still wouldn't even comp 1 of our 4 nights we stayed. Customer service here is disgusting. Good luck.

Service was good. Prime location right next to the beach. Good food and drinks.

Expensive and luxurious hotel.

The hotel is near the sea. Beautiful. Expensive.

Great location right by the beach, with well appointed executive rooms. The breakfast buffet is lacking in hot food, though.

I don't recommend it. The location is on the beach, which is maybe it's only positive. In any other aspect it is the very least a 5-star hotel will do for you. The service, food, looks and feel are all sub-mediocre. The gym will cost you extra. It is clean, and the bed is ok. If 5-stars is your standard, aim for better.

I would advise anyone to not choose this hotel. The staff is extremely rude! We checked in on 5/19/2014 for a 3 night stay. We were prepaid before arrival. When we checked in we encountered a extremely rude hotel staff member. She told us that the hotel was "overbooked" and they were moving us to another location. We protested, and said we paid for a beach location, we had a reservation, and it was already completely paid for. Besides that, we are Gold Members. She said it didn't matter that we had to be transferred to their City Center location. We had just rented a car and didn't even know how to get around in Tel Aviv. When we asked her for directions her comment was "I don't know, I don't drive in Tel Aviv, go ask the concierge. Not only that but when we finally got to the City Center (after getting lost), they had no record of the transfer and gave us a hard time about it. No seemed the least concerned about our frustration. Not even to offer any compensation like a meal or drink. Nothing. Who wants to feel unwanted and treated this way, especially in a foreign. Obviously, customer service is not a priority with this hotel chain. Do not waste your money.

I was there in 2011 and the hotes is excellent.

The hotel facilities are very old. Showers faucets require a through replacement. Room isolation is terrible (you can hear all activity happening next room and just below the hotel). Breakfast is average at best. Service is pretty friendly though.

Terrible customer service. Stay somewhere nearby (this is a good location) but where the staff is friendly.

My favorite hotel in Tel Aviv.

This hotel is AMAZING and they have excellent service if I had to stay somewhere in tel aviv it would be at the crowne plaza.
