The housekeeping touched our belongings and stole my mom’s favorite pendant. And you should let your housekeeping keep their hands in their own pocket and not take people valuable belongings. Because stealing other peoples belongings is unacceptable.

Some of the front desk staff are rude, argumentative and inhospitable. I assume it’s because they often deal with guests who are rude and argue over everything… however, I wasn’t one of those guests and was treated rudely especially by “Ali”. It puts a damper on a good time… also, it’s just way too noisy: parents hollering at the top of their lungs without end and children running a-mock. Food dropped in stairwells, just a general disregard for basic decent common courtesy and manners. A zoo.

We booked this hotel for 9 days and enjoyed it so much we stayed another 5. I highly recommended this hotel for a stay in Eilat.

Everything was well, but unfortunately I got stuck with no water in the middle of a shower. It was really frustrating. Got 2 ice-creams for the kids, a small bottle of wine and a spa entry for a couple.

The spa is just wonderful. The massage is paired at the highest level. Recommend.

Uzhasssss! It's not 5 stars but with a stretch of 3. Everything's old. The breakfast choice of food is minimal. Cats go to the restaurant on the table to eat from the plates while the person moves away something to take. The pillows and blankets with mattresses are uncomfortable. The spa is small and extra charge.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the overall experience was OK. I must admit that for a 200+ EUR / night price the rooms we got were not satisfying, they were clean but the rooms have seen better days. The location of the hotel is very good but ask for a side room if you don't sleep with the AC on, otherwise you'll hear everything from the market place placed just by the hotel. The food is the hotels strong side, it was very nice and everyday they had a different Theme for dinner. We've forgot something in the lobby while checking-out and the hotel staff was kind enough to find it and they offered to send it to us. All and all a pleasant experience.

Lovely hotel — superb food, very comfortable rooms, good service. Not enough parking spots, small pool. You get free chairs on the beach. Was very crowded and almost moved us to another hotel.
