Lovely hotel with lots of old-world charm. Tastefully decorated throughout; my room with a balcony was immaculate and very comfortable. Housekeeping leaves a small sweet and bottled water in the room to welcome you. Dinner at the hotel restaurant, Al Diwan, was perfect; my mujaddara quite tasty topped with crisp, sweet onions – my adult son loved his burger but was more impressed with the olive oil and za’atar appetizer served with homemade whole wheat flatbread straight from the oven. Excellent customer service from front desk staff Didi and Elen – one of them got me a taxi to another part of Jerusalem and the car was there almost immediately. Checkout with Ranjana Dissi was fast and flawless. I highy recommend this hotel and am looking forward to my next visit there!

Very good staff. Caters to groups. Not so great part of town, but still a nice place with awesome breakfast buffet.

We had a nice room with mini-fridge, comfortable king bed and a balcony with a decent view. Neither bedroom nor bath were cramped, although others in our large group reported their rooms were too small. They handled our large group well. Buffet was great — some of the best we have had in Israel.

Rooms have been updated and the food was amazing. I've stayed there a couple different times and we love it.

Good location, East Jerusalem at 2 ' 6km from the centre. Rooms need urgent renovation, and more hygiene room service, it will cost about 90 €/night double room. A 4 * that needs improvement.

Was lucky to get a 1night stay there and o must say They were the best hotel I stayed at! They make you feel like family. Room was great, good was perfect. Ate in both restaurants, they were both great. I will stay there again on next trip they are that great for me to say.

Ideal for both business trips. The room was clean, facilities are well kept and breakfast was good. Location is great, close to the Old City.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast I won't hesitate to go back. About twenty minutes walk from the historic center. Suite has an error on my part when booking (separate bed) I have been upgraded top range without discussion.

Room is fine. Breakfast good and service attentive. However nowhere to even get water in the middle of the night.

Good point of fall to visit Jerusalem.

Nice hotel, good resturant. Although, seems to be a bet expensive knowing it's a 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, good conference room. Doesn't have a good view to the old city.

Very blessed to have the room with balcony which is spacious as compared to other wing. Fantastic morning buffet breakfast but be wary of the cable near the buffet table because a guest tripped over it and fell completely on the floor. Hope the management has improved and removed the cable as it can be life-threatening.

One of the best hotels in Jerusalem, excellent location near the train & bus station rather than a private car parking. They had great staff. The housekeeping is doing their Job right every time. Rooms are cleaned & sterilized. You ll enjoy your accommodation in this hotel. The Food is a different story. The breakfast buffet is rich with cold cuts, cheese, fruit, vegetables, sweets breads … etc. You can order the tasty unique food from the restaurant. Several main courses from the Italian kitchen to the Arabic Kitchen. Yummy Yummy Yummy.

The Ambassador Hotel is in a convenient location. Staff very responsive. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety. Nice and clean rooms. Good bar service.
I did love the jewelry store to the left of the entrance and at street level in front of hotel. The young man is kind and generous. I need his name, address and phone please. We only stopped here for lunch. The place was very nice though and the food was delicious.

Grand Hotel! Very comfortable, luxury rooms, to do fitness, Buffet well delicious. When they stay they are very attentive and offer you snacks. The bad are the few extensions to charge the cell phone or other devices.

I love the Sunday buffet here very good food and very nice atmosphere and beautiful view, you can sit indoor or outdoor.

Salads were awesome, 6 different kinds of Mediterranean salads that tasted so good. The buffet was ok, I had salmon, chnitzel, and bamyeh sauce (Okra). For dessert there were many kinds, I had only watermelon slices! I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good palestinian food. Nice and calm atmosphere descent prices. Ask for the dish of the day.

Staff are very helpful and I'm pleased with the environment. They have a great gym which I used during my stay. They also helped booked a shuttle bus for way to the airport. Good and tasty food but didn't enjoy my hummus maybe because it was my first time having hummus.

Very friendly service, great food buffets and friendly customer service. We were there in December 2014 and 2016. I enjoyed the Christmas tree! They have a nice patio outside the dining area. It was cool during our visit so we stayed inside. Some rooms had a balcony which was nice because the rooms were too warm for us. The outside air is cool and crisp this time of year.
