We were there from the 7th of Feb and we left on the 10th. We had a beautiful time, the staff was the best! the concierge was so helpful, the food was amazing and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed here just before Easter and everything was wonderful! Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I loved having drinks and dinner in the restaurant and balcony, amazing views and so relaxing. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food and service is excellent! The room was very clean and spacious and had a private balcony, complimentary bottled water and good coffee in the room. Short walk to old city Jerusalem and cafes, stores and restaurants. Thank you Munib and all the hotel staff for making my stay special! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice location, good service and the rooms were very clean.

The room is nice and the beds are good. The service could be better. On the roof are no working umbrella's, they are broken, so you burned away. Yesterday there was a wedding on the roof and because of that we could not eat in the restaurant, but have to go outside. Later in the evening there was very loud music because of the wedding. The housekeeping is oke, except that they put the pyjamas on the ground. So the hotel is nice, but the service can be improved.

Very nice place! Close to the city centre, delicious food and highly qualified staff! Made pleasant my staying in Israel! I will definitely visit it again!

Nice Tourist Hotel, 5 minutes from the old Town.

Great location in East Jerusalem. Easy walking access to sites of great significance via the Damascus gate like the Western Wall, Mount Zion, the Upper Room, the Garden Tomb, the stations along the route to the Church of nativity like via Dolorosa, the city of David, even Mount of Olives etc, etc.

Stayed with a group from church staff friendly very acomadating staff, meals plenty of choice Near shops Only down fall guests leaving trays outsiderooms which are not removed till the next morning and broken suitcase in corridors.

Beautiful hotel. Great food! A long walk to Aqsa but a great experience.

The hotel is not bad for anyone who travels to Jerusalem on pilgrimage. You start the day early, you visit places and, at night, you have a comfortable place to sleep. It is not, therefore, a luxurious establishment but not bad. The buffet, both at breakfast and at dinner, is enough. The existing carpets in many rooms give a stale touch, but the rooms are not bad and the beds are comfortable. For that of claiming the language, no one in the hotel understands Castilian. It doesn't have a bar area, but they have an area where you can sit down and have a drink before or after dinner. It is an arduous mission to get a cold beer or soda to accompany dinner. Everything, practically, natural. The Wi-Fi is very bad, so you will have difficulty to establish a call over the Internet, or send a photo to someone.

Mostly visited by guests that plant to see the historical religion places both in israel & palestine, for moslem, christian n others.

Strategic location and close to Aqsa mosque. Great breakfast.

We came in at 2am only to find the reptionist sleeping. After that we checked in and had to help our selves with our own luggage. No poster. When the reptionist was asked, the reply he came up with is "I was once a porter, let me help you"after that nuisance we came to the rooms. The rooms were very small, nothing like the pictures, they smelt like they haven't been cleaned for 2 months. We rang the housekeeping department and guess who picked up. The reveptionist. His solution, "I was once in the housekeeping department, let me have a look" when he finally came, his solution was to use an air freshener. I ended up sleeping at 4am because of all of this rubbish.

Always the same and low quality meals. They don't replace what's over, they slow down until you get bored and leave. Friendly staff but didn't solve the problems. It is not 5 stars but 3

The hotel is good! I like its modern, European design. Its location is perfect for the tourists, not far from the Old City. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Food Not so good, rooms okay.

Nice hotel. Good food. Won't be staying again because of a lack of good service in particular getting rid of mosquitos in public areas and bedrooms.

One of the best hotels in Jerusalem! Friendly staff. And amazing views. I've stayed there several times, because its location is perfect for visiting the most remarkable sites in Jerusalem like, Alaqsa mosque, Bab Alamood, the old city, jerusalem walls, the church and more. Moreover, the bus station is across the street.

I had my tawjihi graduation party at one of the halls at this hotel and it was a DISASTER. First they told the people I invited that the party starts at 7 while I clearly said I want it to start at 6, when I arrived nothing was done and there was a totally nasty smell in the hall. Food was disgusting, in the middle of dancing with my friends they brought a rectangle shaped cake (even though I told them I wanted another cake a much bigger one) and just put it in the middle on the dancing floor with no candles, after waiting 45 minutes with the cake still there they brought two thin tiny candles that didn't even light. If anyone wants to do his party at this hotel I advise him to CANCEL NOW. Pretty much a lot of money was wasted.

Nice rooms very helpful staff would come back recommend it for friends.

The hotel would also be nice, the room cleaning service is coarse. Good dinner buffet.

Great hotel if visiting Jerusalem… Very clean, great rooms, food was awesome. Definitely nicer than any hotel I've stayed in here in the states believe it or not. Fantastic.
