Horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE if at all possible. Rude hosts. A huge embarrassment to b&bs in ireland. If this had been the first B&B I visited, I would NEVER have stayed at another one. Hosts who could care less that my experience visiting Cong and the surrounding areas. My trip was impacted in a negative fashion (forcing me to abandon several plans of sightseeing that I had made, costing me more money since I was unable to use tickets that I had pre-purchased). If I could give a rating lower than 1, I would. The hosts canceled the first night and when I showed up for the second night of my booking, NO response to messages, calls, or texts to let me know they had canceled it as well. Rude person to answer the door to tell me that they had a situation and all rooms were canceled. Did not try to help me get my deposit refunded. A sad excuse. AVOID Ashford Haven B&B at all costs!
