My family of five loved our stay. The staff are very thoughtful and helpful. Our rooms were beautiful. My whole family enjoyed ll our activities but the hawk walk was the shining star. Simply amazing. We also loved spending time with the wolfhounds. We hope to be back someday!

Beautiful setting, well maintained excellent staff.

We had a truly magical time at Ashford Castle. From the moment we arrived every staff member treated us with the upmost care and kindness. We brought our baby with us and they were so welcoming and helpful as we walked him around the grounds and enjoyed the amenities. All of the staff were wonderful and a special recognition goes to Dennis at The Dungeon for a flawless meal experience from start to finish. We were also greeted by Rose each morning for breakfast at The Lodge and she was an absolute delight. Kevin also greeted us for breakfast on our last morning and he was so kind and helpful. Thank you for a perfect experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be back!

Incredible in every way. I was so happy that it was not pretentious, from arrival to departure our stay was perfect. We did falconry which was superb and a must and the afternoon tea which was fun. The grounds are outstanding.

The castle itself was beautiful and exquisite. All levels of staff were extremely pleasant & helpful making our stay an experience of a lifetime. Our group of six including 2 teenage girls enjoyed falconry, the historical boat cruise, and walking the gardens and castle grounds! Simply Magnificent! Thank you to all!

Everything About Ashford Castle was amazing! The service was fantastic the grounds were beautiful and the room was perfect can’t wait to come back here and visit again one day.

Just back from a two night stay. The whole experience was wonderful, we have stayed in many five star hotels but Ashford Castle is in a different league. All the staff were absolutely fantastic — every person was so welcoming and friendly. We have just booked another trip for later this year. Amazing facilities, surroundings and dining. Totally unpretentious as well.

Such a fantastic experience.
You will never get bored at this property. The staff is lovely; the food is delicious, including tasty cocktails. We loved meeting the beautiful Irish wolfhounds. The grounds are just spectacular—plenty of outdoor activities such as falconry, archery, horse riding, boating, and more. We will be back again!

The staff is superb. They treat you like royalty. The property is breathtaking and everything is immaculate.

This was our 2nd year here, it is nice, quite and peaceful, our kids love the horse riding and exploring the grounds, we are under orders to return :)

I cannot say enough about the Ashford Estate, you need to come here and experience it, it is fabulous! it cannot be put into words! It is an amazing adventure with beautiful staff. No matter what the weather, you will love it. ❤🏰❤

Really quiet rooms with all the comfort of home. Very friendly staff The Guinness was amazing and the choice in food catered for all the family.

Very pleasant and helpful staff and a big ty to Dennis who gave us a lift to cong when we were stuck and would not except a cent.

We were 4 weary cyclists on a rather long journey (400km in fact) not expecting the horrific rain we encountered after such a dry spell. I stood in the hall speaking to who I assume to be the owner asking could we get dinner (a pool of water forming at my feet) we were directed to a table in the gorgeous covered in area at the back of the hotel our bikes sitting next to us for security, 4 towels were promptly produced, heaters turned on and food ordered, but the "piece de resistance" which was wildly accepted the offer to dry our clothes. Superb food, superb service from the loveliest staff and exceptional value too… warm clothes back on fed and water bottles refilled we left Cong on with our adventure into the night happy that little gems like this can still be found in Ireland. Well done 10/10

For a relaxing time you could not fault the place as it one of those places where you take things as they come. The rooms were to a high standard and the staff friendly.

Lovely inexpensive hotel. The room was very modern for an old hotel. Lovely food in The Crowes Next Bar. Nice breakfast in the hotel each morning.

Only ate at the pub. Staff very friendly, food limited and personally found it plain. Sandwichs without butter…

Stopped by for some lunch after a walk around Ashford Castle. Food was fantastic and real value for money. The weather was gorgeous so was lovely to sit out on their terrace and enjoy it. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Lovely Spot, toately recommend the Fish menu, haic beauteful. Just check when coming in late, uve the right key for the door.
