100% absolutely fantastic! lovely family and great food too.

Wonderful home cooked breakfasts. Quiet rooms a bit of a challenge for us Americans to learn the electrical features but once you get it you’ll feel like home. Bring adaptors for your phones.

My Wife and I stayed in 8 different B&B’s during our visit. We chose to stay Two nights at Michaeleen’s on the 8th & 9th of march 2019. Best decision we could have made. Gerry and his wife Margaret were so gracious. There Daughter meet us for an early check in and was very understanding and accommodating. We fell in love with the whole family. By far the best place we stayed our whole visit. Cong is a great place to call home base and do day trips to many wonderful near by places. Michaeleen’s Manor is a must. Next time we will stay longer. Can’t thank the Collins enough for making us fell right at home.

This is a wonderful BnB. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The building is beautiful crafted in an elegant yet slightly rustic theme that is very old world. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The Ashford Castle is just minutes away on foot and the pubs in town are a 20 minute walk or 6 minute drive. Make sure to watch the movie "The Quiet Man" before you come.

Firstly I gotta say Gerry and Margaret are the best hosts they create a happy and friendly atomsphere where ever they are.
Michaeleens is a very clean and tidy B& B and what amused me was the rooms are named from the Quiet man film, also there are plaques with sayings from the film.
Anyone in the area you have got to stay here or at Lakeland house you will not be disappointed. I wasn't.

Lovely quite setting away from the hustle and bustle of the village with lovely clean rooms and a fine breakfast in the morning, what more could you want.

It was aweful! We were booked there for two nights and we actually skipped the second night. There was a billing problem and they tried to make us feel like it was our fault (in ten days at B&B’s we had no other issues). They claimed we were double booked and had the audacity to charge our card without my approval. It’s a decent place, but a couple of the staff members need customer service training. The older gentleman that serves the guests is great. Didn’t help that we were in a heat wave and the windows would barely open… just added to the frustration!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owners are so polite and accommodating. Gerry and Margaret were such funny and charasmatic hosts. Don't miss this wonderful spot!

Room and service were good, and the decoration was cheesy in a good way. The walls are covered in wood panels with every line that even resembles quotable on them which is fun, if a little gaudy.

Lovely setting rooms lovely and clean lovely breakfast hosting top class.

It was our first stay in Ireland and our best. Jerry is a pleasure to talk to.

Perfect! The true Irish experience! From Margaret's delicious Irish breakfasts to Jerry's stories and humor, Michaeleen's is the smart choice! Jerry and Margaret go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and then some. The "other"Margaret who takes care of housekeeping is great too and also is an extremely nice person. The rooms and Quiet Man experience are top drawer as well! You can't go wrong at Michaeleen's!

This places was amazing wish we could have stayed longer rooms were great staff was helpful and very easy going.

If you are a John Wayne fan then this b. B isamust or a morean oheara fan you will be in heaven Gerry and Margaret make you feel very welcome had a great time and will come back again.

Don't miss this place. Magic place to stay. Has all the bells and whistles. Cong is a great little town with a lot to see.

Wonderful place! Very accommodating neat and clean! Great atmosphere with the Quiet Man theme and quotes from the movie don the walls of each room. Breakfast was fantastic but Margaret and Jerry is what makes this a great experience! We had a large group with couples and families and everyone enjoyed it! Highly recommend especially for Quiet Man or John Wayne fans.

Love the movie and loved the inn. The owners were just wonderful making their guests feel like family.

Richard and I spent 8 nights here, tonight being our last. We are sad to leave our new found friends Gerry and Margaret who are: "the best". We highly recommend this wonderful B & B.

Well what can I say? Had a fantastic few days away here. Gerry and Margaret made it feel like home away from home. The most wonderful welcome I have ever got. The breakfast were great and the room was beautiful. Friends for life. Can't wait to go back again. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Cong. Michaeleen's manor b&b from start of our stay to the end was absolutely fantastic. Hope to see you (Gerry and Margaret) soon xx.

Beautiful B&B inside and outside. Gerry and Margaret were very welcoming and friendly. Located in a beautiful part of cong. Room was great, as was breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend to anyone.
