Stayed for 5 nights for a getaway trip.
Overall great stay. The staffs there are very polite and professional.
Room service was prompt, housekeeping service is quite detailed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the **Grand City Hall Hotel**, and I can't recommend it enough!
From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.

The service here was truly great. I had an early flight the next morning and requested breakfast to go. The staff were fantastic and packed a generous and delicious meal for my whole family.

Hotel Santika Premiere Medan was absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent — clean, organized, and very well-maintained.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Medan and had a truly wonderful experience from arrival until departure.

JW Marriott Medan is an excellent hotel and easily one of the best places to stay in the city. The buffet was very delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food and great presentation.

The room is very clean. However, room floor and the toilet floor are on the same flat surface so if the toilet floor is wet, it will make the room floor a little bit as well. The staff are friendly.

Rooms are clean and comfy but minus is there's no fridge…
Service is quick and polite…
Location is very strategic near the city and food stalls…
There's also gym… But no pool…
They give breakfast too

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and strong air conditioning. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick.

Very comfortable and quiet room, I asked the upper floor so had great views over the city. The nearby mosque is very loud, sometimes before 5am but I was too tired to be bothered.

Stayed at the Four Points Jakarta for a night. Near to the Gambir Train Station. Needed to get information for the train to Bandung.

We stay at 2 bedroom suite, very clean (dont find any dust or hair on the floor), toilet doesnt smell bad it was all fresh and the unit is huge. This place is also located nearby to town.

Nice rooms for a good night sleep after 26 hours of traveling. Beds (2.00 m) and shower are good. Restaurant is 24 hours open, reasonable food and good prices. Staff is very friendly.

My room didn't have a window and was a little expensive for a windowless hotel. The room was clean for the most part, bathroom could be a lot cleaner. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Located in Medan, still in one famous road yet not really in heart of city, it is one good hotel but in such like ruko, face to not the main road because there is Batik store that face to main road.
