I recently stayed at JW Marriott Medan and had a truly wonderful experience from arrival until departure.

JW Marriott Medan is an excellent hotel and easily one of the best places to stay in the city. The buffet was very delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food and great presentation.

I would like to rate my one night stays here 5 stars. The room was super comfy and clean. The customer service was so good. We requested for iron then they sent it in so fast too.

The room is very clean. However, room floor and the toilet floor are on the same flat surface so if the toilet floor is wet, it will make the room floor a little bit as well. The staff are friendly.

We had the pleasure of staying twice at this property during a week in Medan, once in an Executive room and once in a Deluxe suite.

Stayed at the Four Points Jakarta for a night. Near to the Gambir Train Station. Needed to get information for the train to Bandung.

Easily the best hotel ive stayed in. The STAFF are the greatest, starting with aldi, parlan until all the housekeeping, the smile is always on there faces and they make you feel welcomed.

First time I came to Medan a few months ago, I was confused about which hotel to pick because reviews of many hotels sound scary.

Stayed for 1 night after arriving from Danau Toba. Weekend very lively area and the oldest cafe/resto is just opposite the road (Tip Top).

The location is really nice, right in the middle of the city, super convenient and even comes with breakfast. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Grand Inna for 6 nights because of my uncle's funeral in Petisah. Actually this hotel was my late dad favorite hotel, because it has a small mosque at the back and the location is superb.

My third time staying here and every time it has been a very pleasant experience. The front desk, especially Karin, always attended to my check-in efficiently and with a constant smile.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. The room was immaculately clean, the room darkness is very good allowing for proper sleep. The bathroom is quite spacious and clean.

The place is good for relaxation but it is a bit far from public services, the service is good and the staff are very kind and meet all your needs.

The location is a little out of the center. The room is good for the price. I just wish they would have told me the Wi-Fi password before going up to the 3rd floor. There are only stairs.

The room is crammed but their mattress and pillows are good. Had a good sleep. The mirror can give you a shock as it is put up on the bathroom door.
