I would like to commend one of the reception staff, Ms. Elisse, for her exceptional professionalism and outstanding service during my stay at ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta.

Quite a nice hotel in a good location. However, the room could use some improvement, worn walls and furniture… The bathroom floor is cold.

This is a decent hotel but obviously off the beaten path for regular travellers. Many of the reviewers have reviewed only one hotel — this.
Still, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked from 1 till 5 December 2025, and the hospitality is AWESOME.
All the staff here is very supportive and helpful.

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket.

The place is great with quiet ambience… If you looking for a quiet place in central of Jogja you should choose this place.

Early this Feb, I was staying in Novotel Malioboro with my whole Family. Novotel is in good location and the service overall was excellent, food was good.

Staff were friendly. Things generally worked. But this is not one of those hotels you have a superlative experience. Bathroom amenities were a little short. The room felt dark.

I had a wonderful stay at Pulang Ke Uttara Hotel from November 11th to 12th, 2025. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed.

This is a proper and well established hotel. The operations run fantastically. These guys have been around for a while and they know what they're doing.
The location is amazing.

Enjoyed the 3D2N stay at Santika. Pool was clean and relatively quiet in the morning. The breakfast has various range from Indonesian to Western, loving their Jamu corner as well.

Had a delighted time at Innside! All the staffs including Mbak Aini at front office and Mas Amir at the restaurant were highly hospitable, helpful, and full of smile!

Stayed at INNSIDE by Meliá with my Daughter and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained.

Overall great experience staying here. Good service and good food. Though location a bit far from city center but it was easy to get food and near to souvenirs center.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Downside: we can hear stomping noise from upstairs and smell smoke from the exhaust in the bathroom though it is a non smoking room.
