I'm the huge fans of art installation, just right from the entrance I can say this hotel is artsy. I love their tent on the the facade. They have so many artworks installed on the lobby, cafe, pool area, dining room, bedroom and so many more. But the most attractive one is their wooden mechanic wings-like sculptures, it can move automatically when someone passing by, seeing their fluid movement is so relaxing.

Very nice cafe. Delicious with decent price. Nice hotel also. The bathroom is quite unique though and may not be preferred if you share room with friends =D. Regardless, friendly service, good coffee, nice ambient. Just need fridge in the room and it will be perfect.

Amazing, kamar besar dan bersih, tempat tidur empuk dan nyaman, interior hotel bagus, jadi banyak tempat buat berfoto, breakfast enak dan kualitas bagus, buah buahan sangat fresh, karyawan sopan dan ramah, kolam renang asik buat nongkrong dan berjemur, internet cepat memuaskan, saya merasa nggak ada yang kurang di hotel ini, tetap pertahankan kualitasnya, good job.

It is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, the room has a unique interior design and quite spacious. And if you love coffee, they also serve good coffee.

Located near government office complex (Yogyakarta Major Office) made this hotel have strategic access and safe for tourist. Local food either street food or fine dining were also nearby this hotel. Hotel facilities such swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, free bicycle really spoils tourist and made them want to return back again. In general really satisfied to this hotel service, facilities and surrounding location.

Nice design and staff. Has coffee, bar and restaurant. 24/7 pool. Just hygiene wise could improve a bit (hair on the bed, bit of mold)

We had dinner around 7 pm on march, 23 2018… building was ok, but service was really bad because my food delayed 50 minutes & my drink delayed 45 minutes. Food not special, many times we've complained regarding to 2 times salmon teriyaki pasta was not cook well (still raw). The chef look very ignorant, cause you can imagine 2 times the food not cooked well.

Cozy little place, room is quite nice but if you're an Indonesian you'll find the food is not so good, it's so so. If you want to spend most of your time outside exploring the city then this is an option ☺

Had a workshop here, the design is like modern-industrial also look alike art gallery, they provide the meeting room. I think this is also good for staying in jogja, whether you are in a vacation or having a meeting. But I guess it’s better to have meals outside.

A very cozy n homey hotel in Yogyakarta with great hospitality. My room was clean and neat. Love the details and decorations. Foods in Semeja restaurant are affordable with great taste and generous portions. Will definitely stay here again every time I visit Yogya.

Great impressions for its hotel design. The room is awesome for local 4 stars. Sometimes it feels a 3D rooms because of black listed on ceiling. Lots of Instagrammable spots.

Hotel berkelas dengan harga terjangkau, bisa renang tiap saat karena ga panas. Kolam renang enak banget. Apalagi ada semeja cafe yang menghadirkan makanan cukup enak. Kalo yang paling cocok ruang meeting dengan sound audio clear and full of clarity. Akses tengah kota dan mudah dijangkau. Kalo bosen bisa ke Rumah Makan Padang sebelah hahaha.

Impress with the details of interior… saya menyukai menginap disini… kekurangannya hanya pada sistem pendingin kamar yg mati kalau kita mencabut kunci kamar… dan agak lama kamar dingin. Mungkin karena jendela yg tidak ada kaca filmnya sehingga panas jogja masuk kekamar sehingga lama dinginnya pertama kali masuk.

It was a great hotel in that area, especially for foreigners. They are friendly, and they can speak really good English. The location is great for travelling. Easy to find. There are some ATMs next to the hotel. The breakfast there was good, they provided many types of foods for multiple purposes. No matter where you come from, what religion you are in, you can find foods that you can eat. They also have a bar. Although I only tried a hot chocolate there, but it's cool to see a bar in Indonesia. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a cozy room, but not as tiny as Japanese rooms. The bath and toilet are separate that was great. The room offers water heater you can make some tea. The Wi-Fi was good, and stable. It's a quiet place, perfect for relaxing.

Rooms are excellent, neat, modern, and spacy. The price also affordable for such a good hotel. Located near airport, and not faraway from the city centre. Therefore usually not to loud around there. Their staff also kind, and helpful. If you need something such a car, a tour guide, they can help to get it. The last thing is the cafe at the ground floor, it have a great coffee!

Awesome hotel. Love the minimalist monochrome design room. Warm, nice, and humble hotel staff. They are very helpfull. But, the I found some nuts on floor room. The cleaning service missed that. And the electricity lil bad, AC room can't fix properly. Tapi dari semuanya hotelnya menyenangkan. Will comeback to Gaia Cosmo hotel either for business or holiday trip. Xoxo.

Been traveling lots, and in the past 10 years, this is my favorite. I love the room design, the ambient, the view, but of course, the Coffee!
The bar is excellent. One place that really feels like home.

Here for 5days training and write this on my first day of stay. Comfortable and room is clean. Only that the shower floor is a little bit slippery. Staffs are friendly. Keep it up.

A 3 star hotel but its facilities are wayy beyond 3 star hotel. Great rooms, good foods, and they have Inspira Artisans Coffee that provides great coffee.

Beautiful hotel at a central location, immaculate rooms and meeting areas, great service and really tasty food. Staying at Gaia is like staying at a cosy friend's house where the staff let you borrow their bikes and you get insights on the local area, culture and means of transport. Loved the fresh coffee in the morning too! Keep it up Gaia!

I love the ambience at this hotel. Friendly atmosphere of every staff. Fast and responsive service to what I want. Every corner of this hotel is instagramable and spot photos. For a fairly new hotel is really good. Affordable prices with the facilities provided. For location, for those who don't want near the crowd is recommended. For complaints over here I have to say to the internal hotel with memo in the room. Improve again the service, will return here again. Big Thanks.

Although it's located quite far from the city center, the hotel offers an unique experience of staying. It has art deco style and spacious bedroom with unique design of bathroom.

A brand new hotel. Quite fancy interior. Great coffee! ps : the toilet is kinda tall, a bit annoying. The wood floor is also kinda squaky. But the overall experience is great =)

Pelayanan kurang proffesional dan acuh. Pelayanan terhadap tamu juga lama. Nasi gorengnya hambar dan kering, minuman datang terlambat setelah makanan. Not Recommended untuk orang yang tidak sabar.

Affordable stylish hotel. What I like: — The price — Stylish design — Soft and fluffy bed cover (it matters a lot for me) — Wide selection of breakfast menu (would not expect full set gudeg for breakfast) — Proximity to a Padang restaurant in case I got bored with the food (didn't try it out, but it gives a sense of security) What can be improved: — the background music on the hallway was too loud. The good thing is, the staff reduced the volume when I asked about this. — No option for breakfast for 1 pax. The website allows me to book either 1 room without breakfast or 1 room with 2 people breakfast — Unclear guide on how to order food. I was starving when I arrived (it was 3 pm and I did not have lunch yet), but there's no menu on my room. There was no instruction sheet, eg. "for room service, call 0, for laundry, call 9".
