Good services, there's some work for improvement at the front of the hotel, so there'll be much to come. Enjoying mu days here.

It is wonderful that they strife to improve all the time. Unfortunately I did not get a non smoking room as the hotel was fully booked. They did spray some air freshener in the room several times, but smoke smell is difficult to get rid off. I did get a connecting room so that my stay with 3 generation of my family are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds were clean. They could benefit from updating their outlets for international guests, but being prepared with an adapter could easily solve this problem. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I am very impressed with the effort they put in for breakfast. I wish I could give them completely 5 stars but the ants, the old broken chair, the stuck faucet, even though taken care of promptly was still an inconvenience. Hope they fix those next.

Near to Adisucipto Airport, the place is cozy enough and located in a strategic area. The room is in a good condition and the breakfast is good.

The rooms are amazing and absolutely recommendable.
The staff is kinda helpful but could work on their flexibility to make it an unforgettable stay.
E. G. I stayed 3 nights and (due to some reasons) I had breakfast only included for the third morning on which I had to leave early. Asked to switch to one of the other mornings. Not possible.

Old renewed hotel. Clean rooms. Good services. Various breakfast. Wide pool. Next to lippo mall. Near trans jogja bus shelter and to airport.

A great hotel located in Yogyakarta. Actually, this hotel is an old hotel, but this hotel had been renewed, not only the building and the facilities, but also staff attitude and performance.

I like staying over here, if I will visit Yogya again once day. The Hotel staffs are friendly and humble. Although this hotel is an old one, but is affordable, if you wanna stay in a 4 stars hotel.

This is an old hotel that got renovated later and change its name to New Saphir. Its location is really strategic, but there's always a traffic jam happen in front of this hotel at rush hours (6 am-8 am, 5 pm-8 pm). The room is spacious. Although it's a wheelchair friendly, but a different story may happens if you are parking your car in its basement. You need to climb up a dark and narrow stairs all the way to the 2nd floor! Tiring? Absolutely.

Nobody is on website that hot chocolate is over charge while breakfast isn't free. What a shame for a 4 star high class hotel! Too bad because the room is really nice. And the elevator was not working. This is how you take people well for cons and there is the beginning of the day, I really have them upside down…

Good services from all staff, nearly to hospital and mall, and quite near to the airport. Recommended place to stay.

Four stars hotel with lower price n located nextdoor to Lippo mall.

Cozy and simple place to stay. Clean and nice rooms. They serve a wonderful breakfast. And most importantly, a clean and huge swimming pool. :)

Hotel interior is adorable. The room is cozy. The pool is big and nice. Meals are great. It is located in the centre of jogja. Near with international hospital and mall if u want to sight seeing or find someplace to hang out during your stay.

I was initially in a twin room that was nice, but not very well cleaned. I moved to a king room the next day which was entirely satisfactory. The room service was excellent in terms of taste and portion size. The staff were also excellent, very friendly and eager to help.

Checked in just now, got a room facing the road which is very noisy due to traffic and construction outside. Got some marriage going on, hall is very smelly of food which made it uncomfortable going to/out of room. No bath tub, and can't change room. They said rooms are fully booked, online deals still have plenty of rooms from several different sites. One bad decision.

Good, clean, and comfortable play to stay. There are meeting room, wedding package, and gym. It near shopping center.

Hotel ini bukan di jalan parangtritis tapi di jln adi sucipto. Sempat tersasar saya.

Kece nih hotelnya dan gak jauh dari XXI lagi :3.
