Worth 4 stars for very good service, nice, polite, and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, tidy, and cozy. They offer many choices of traditional food, too, especially in the morning.

Imho its the best hotel at gunung kidul area. Looks like 4star hotel even they claimed 3star. Big room, comfy bed, very clean, they opened at 2021. But breakfast variety and taste need to be improve.

Room is quiet good, amenities are complete, coffee bar restocked everyday, there’s hairdryer and mini fridge. The hospitality is excellent.

The place is beautiful and very well located, north of the more touristy and busy area. The rooms are lovely and well equipped, with plenty of space to store and hang things, TV, and good A/C.

It’s awesome! Only con is that the corridor will be playing audio in the morning. If you stay near the stairs, the staff will be chattering away in the morning.

I booked this place for the gym basically. The gym it is indeed good.
It is a bit far but you order a GOjeck and all good.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and it’s all good. The room was not too wide but it’s clean and everything is all at its place. There’s a fridge inside the room and the service was awesome.

Came here because of the good reviews, and it truly lived up to my expectations. I had a really good stay. The location is perfect and close to literally everywhere. Definitely worth the money.

Newly opened in 2025, everything in this homestay is still works and clean. The staff is going arm and leg to make your stay comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel just 3 minute to Jl. Mailboro. Breakfast is awesome👍. All employees were very nice. Room was clean. There was an issue in our bathroom and they fixed it right a way.

Actually we didn’t expect much from this hotel because the only reason we chose this hotel is Lupis Mbah Satinem. It’s just across this hotel.

Nice and a good place to stay at the north of the city, it is located near gajah mada university and many restaurants arround the location.

Family hotel, no TV and have collaboration space. Spacious room with affordable price, the swimming pool is good for kids.
