Puri Pangeran Hotel

The hotel is in a great location: close to downtown as well as central station, and still very quiet and in a nice street. When we arrived we were welcomed by a super friendly staff. The room is big and clean. We particularly enjoyed the pool for a refreshing break. The breakfast buffet was big and delicious: food was freshly prepared and every day we could taste some yummy typical food as well as a sweet option. It is really recommended!

Nice hotel with a wonderful outdoor area. The rooms are pretty basic but enough for a good night sleep. The staff is very kind.
The breakfast is pretty nice too, the swimming pool was great and among other services they count with a laundry service, which was useful to us.
It is 10-15 min walk away from the main street of Yogya.

The room was not very special but it was good and clean. Small balcony and good shower. The swimming pool is really nice!
Also good food at the restaurant and the staff is really friendly!

Decent hotel in quiet street not too far from the busy busy. Good pool, friendly staff, pizza, beer and cocktails in garden after day of sights seeing. Breakfast for non indo is limited, but maccas a minute away. Small store across the road, and 24 store at end of street. Hotel helped with airport driver and temples.

Totally not bad.

Cons:
A little bit ruined/outdated room and door.
Breakfast is local cuisine, so be prepared if you dont find anything to eat.

+Stayed for 22 nights at this homestay/hotel while visiting Yogyakarta. A good location for getting around town and it is on a fairly quiet residential street. The hotel itself is tucked back from the street so it feels quiet and private.
+Good value for the money and I would stay again. It feels very home-like here.
+Quiet, comfortable, clean. A basic, good sized room with good lighting. Good Wi-Fi even at peak usage. At night there are plenty of lights in the room, including the bathroom.
+Good water pressure in shower with hot water.
+Comfortable bed, but no blanket unless you request one (probably saves a lot of laundry costs)
+Plenty of outlets throughout the room. No kettle or refrigerator, but hot and cold water dispenser available in the common area. Since I was staying so long I went out to one of the department stores (Toko Progo) and bought a $6 electric kettle for my room.
+Friendly, helpful staff. Turn in the room key to the office by 14:00 for room cleaning (a good system)
+Good buffet breakfast with plenty of options.
+Quiet room and nice private balcony with chairs and cafe table and a drying rack.
+Indomart and SuperIndo grocery store not too far away.
+Able to arrange transportation to other areas for reasonable cost by way of Grab.
+Nice affordable pizza place on site that also serves coffee drinks.
-Rooms could use a little updating, but mostly it is fine for the price.

Just okay. Rooms could use renovations. Has good hot shower and air con in room.
Breakfast is adequate.
Just note that there is no refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities in the room (unlike what some hotel booking sites will say… Here's looking at you, Agoda. )

Location good, garden, cafe resto it's nice atmosphere, there is also have swimming pool but what is that kind of room? I paid 380k, even cheapest price 300k but that room exactly same like 100k cheap OYO. It's super simple. They just give 2 bottle water that all nothing more. Room size 10 metersquare. They don't give blanket, you just need cover yourself with bedsheet even that so thin. You will frozen in the night probably. Toilet have stairs but you can't see that because color is same, it's not visible and you will injure your feet absolutely. Bed sheets its broken and have a lot stain. Towel also so old. Bed headboards also it's different, this is Worst money I've ever spent. They even didn't give something for shower just 2 simple cheap saop and just 1 small bottle shampoo. I didn't understand I paid 380k for what? We also waited 10 minute for check-in after 2pm still room was not ready. This room for that price not acceptable. Room %100 same like cheap OYO.
Breakfast mean is ruce, noddle, chicken and vegetables that's all even noddle is instant from indomart cheap noddle. Breakfast starting 7am. That late because all people was waiting front of resto and 7:05 already was full everywhere. No free table anymore. Exactly I feel like concentration camp. On the table no have tissue, you must use your t-shirt to clean. Even if you go 2. Time to get fruit or something after eating employer looking at your face like why you come here again. I feel like I've been scammed.

Had a great stay here. Cozy place. Breakfast are delicious. Good internet. Nice in-hotel pizzeria. Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean. The hotel is nearby the city centre but nestled in a quite neighborhood. Recommended for family stay.

Read reviews and came here strictly for the pizza and was not disappointed. It was delicious! Reason being they have two proper stainless steel pizza ovens in the back. We ordered the Margerita, Pepperoni and Hawaiian and all were tasty with nice thin base and crispy crust edges. Atmosphere is surrounded by a nice luscious green garden and pleasant quiet atmosphere. Plenty of sitting area. Service is basically order over the counter. Drink choices is also decent with coffee, tea, iced lemon tea, beer, etc. Highly recommend coming here if you’re craving pizza after too much Indonesian food :) We even made a little orange friend 🐱

Stayed in December 2024 and liked it. Great breakfast in a chill atmosphere, rooms are just what you'd expect (good balconies! ), location is sort of mid-central — still some 20 minute walk to Malioboro. Very good value for money.

We stayed here for approximately 5 nights and we really loved it. The pool was wonderful and the environment around the pool was so pretty. We absolutely loved the buffet breakfast, it changed every single day which was great and the staff were extremely friendly. They even provided us breakfast when we left early in the morning. We found the room to be clean and perfectly sized for two people. The location is a decent walking distance to get to some good places in Jogja. The pizza here is pretty decent too!

Quite OK. Room a little bit small. The big plus is a garden, swimming pool and breakfasts. Overall I recommend it.

One of the best value for money hotel. Old hotel but clean & well maintained. Complete facilities including swimming pool and basketball play ground. Nice traditional food for breakfast. Very friendly and polite staffs. Not too far from Malioboro.
A little lacking of broken color display in my TV's room, and rubbish in the rooftop. But cannot complain more because its affordable price.

Tired rooms, with tired bedding & towels but very clean in all areas. Very comfy beds, with air con & Wi-Fi.
Good breakfast & great on site laundry service with helpful staff.
No room safe, but lockers available in 24hr Reception.
Great pool & sun terrace, along with dining area in beautiful garden setting which offers limited food (pizza) & drinks/beers.

Very sad to leave, had a wonderful stay in deluxe room. Friendly, helpful staff. Pizza is good, breakfast is very good for this price. Pool is the best in peak heat of day, neighborhood is really really lovely. Walking distance to many museums and markets. Only thing was other guests not so friendly/ respectful.

We went here to meet my friend. Was so surprised ny their super tastiful pizza! This is a must go to place, whenever you look for that good gracious slice of margherita!
