Best Service from Chaca sudah 3 kali stay di Zest Hotel Yogyakarta, selalu puas dengan pelayanannya terutama Cha cha, selalu merekomendasikan tempat wisata yang bagus di Jogja and selalu sabar jawab pertanyaan saya dan keluarga, terima kasih mbak :). Makanan juga enak, ada kolam renang tapi tempat parkir kurang luas.

I just be there only for a group breakfasting during ramadhan season. the hotel provide meeting room for group breakfasting which is a nice and comfy room. The food is delicious especially the corn soup. But the Praying room (mushola) is so tiny need long queue to pray after breakfasting.

Service is fine, towel and blanket looks nasty. Amenities not well supplied. Hot water not working properly. Air conditioner is perfect.

In general I feel satisfied stay in Zest hotel for the first impression is fresh. Hotel provides free drinking water at corridor near lift beside two medium bottle in the room. And also provide sajadah if you required for sholat inthe room.

Was superb. I was stayed and enjoy the sweet pool, great Location easy to get to everywhere. And food very nice… Thank a lot for warmest welcome us … Will come back soon.

It's quite cheap for two and the rooms are comfortable. They're clean but smell a little and a little noisy (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper). The breakfast is not that great (and I like Indonesian breakfast normally). All in all for the price good value.

If only they had room slippers, maintained the cleanliness (i met a baby roach in my room), turned on the hallways' AC then I'd give a more star (s).

Superb service. With promo special rate, the service still excellence, clear pool, shampoo, towel, body soap. Ohhh is the best. The location near from lempuyangan station. Near also to widjilan. Good place good stay. Also dont forget, The parking is large and have the basement. Near also to the mosque and atm center. Thanks zest. I dont know you are the group of swiss bell.

New hotel. Clean and neat deluxe room in a low price. Staffs are warm and helpful. Recommended for a short stay. It is located, within 10 minutes drive to Malioboro street.

The hotel is near by the city centre. The staff are perfect! I highly recomend Zest Hotel!

Lokasi bagus, mau kemana2 dekat. Staff-nya pun ramah. Kamar mandi tidak bersih seperti di website. Sebenarnya kamar lumayan bagus dgn harga bersahabat, namun sprei & selimut seperti tidak dicuci, ada bercak darah, bercak kekuningan entah bekas apa, noda lipstik yg msh tebal dan kamar bau apek. Akhirnya saya buka jendela dan telpon resepsionis utk minta diganti sprei dan selimut. Ketika sprei lama sedang diganti dgn yg baru, terlihat ada noda besar berwarna kuning kecoklatan yg lebih tebal di matress protector. Dan anehnya staff cuek saja pura2 tidak melihat, dan matress protector pun tdk diganti. Cukup sekali ini saja menginap di Zest Hotel Yogyakarta.

Cozy place, affordable price. The breakfast was tasty enough. This hotel is placed in the centre of Jogja city. Near enough to reach malioboro, tugu jogja, train station, etc.

Again and again stay there. Supporting with cheap rate, nice hotel and good service make me feel happy when stay there. Nice breakfast and nice indoor pool.

Service is excellent, hotel staff is very friendly but need improve for breakfast taste. Overall is worth between price and service.

Good budget hotel at Yogyakarta. 10 minutes from Lempuyangan Train Station and 10 minutes to Malioboro street. Very popular among domestic tourist. Room is clean, good and clean bathroom, and the food is moderate. Limited parking lot for car and motorcycle. A lot of option for street food on near hotel at night, like Gudeg Permata, Bakmi Jowo, Martabak, Hot milk & milk shake, Bakso & Mie Ayam, etc.

Barely slept in this hotel. The airconditioner made an annoying sound, so we turned it off because it was impossible to sleep with it. Unfortunately the whole night people in the hotel were extremely noisy. We heard them walking in the hallways yelling and laughing. Overall the room wasn't clean, but that seems to be normal for hotels in Indonesia.

This is moderate Swissbell Hotel suit for young people. The Hotel look clean & tidy, the rate affordable by young people. The hotel provide Buffet continental breakfast. Rooms are not big but moderate with air conditioned, hot water, Free drink Water on the rooms and in the alley. Safe deposit Box in the room, and Television. Swimming Pool is available in the third floors. The atmosphere sporty. Friendly Staffs.

The hotel is close to a mosque. You get to wake up at 5am every morning when the mosque play out their loud prayer 5 times a day. The bathroom wall is dirty and their breakfast is terrible! And by the way, they have only one hair dryer for the entire hotel.

Strategic location, nice in-room dining.

The location is okay but the receptionist is not very friendly when we checked in. The pillows in the room are way too flat and we has to pay IDR 25, 000/night for additional pillow. The cleanliness of the room is also average. I think the bedsheet and the doormat could have been whiter and cleaner.

Small but clean and bright. Nice for short term visits.
