Location right near Kalibata city for local exploration/street food etc.
Easy to grab a Grab taxi.
Wi-Fi consistent throughout.

The hotel is located next to Duren Kalibata train station, so it is expected to hear the sound of the passing train or the dispatcher announcement.

The room is clean and well-furbished. The service (reception, housekeeping etc) is friendly and good. The breakfast is adequate and has good service too, esp. Joni who smiles often and is helpful.

The experience that I had can be summed in a word: Magnificent. The only aspect of hindrance (personally) is the parking lot, which is full some times.

Room is clean, Air cond works well, and everything is nice inside the room.
They have many options for breakfast, and staff is helpful, esp Mba April.

The best thing about this hotel is convenience. Not many hotels in Jakarta are located directly inside a mall. The breakfast was quite good and many choices of food were available.

The room is clean and neat, it even has bolster, nice. The floor in the shower is slippery when it's wet, be extra careful. Hopefully the management will do something about it before accident happen.

It's a brand new property in the middle of Jakarta. I stayed during Chinese New Year holiday in 2 bedrooms with family. The room is smaller than other Ascott property but it's all new.

Overall is good here… except no swimming pool and the gym is tiny. But I enjoy watching the view from the top of the hotel. The breakfast is great too.

Booked a 4 nights stay with Ayaka because it was near Jakarta Convention Center. I consider it value for money considering there's breakfast included, which help in my cost-saving.

Ascott Jakarta is an absolute masterpiece of classic luxury and easily stands out as one of the most prestigious, perfectly located serviced residences in the entire capital.

A really good old hotel. Even though it is an old hotel, but they maintain it very well. You don't fell the fixtures are outdated. Room is spacious, bath room is big and nice, with strong shower head.

Shangri-La’s Satoo is a pleasant buffet experience with strong service and a comfortable ambience, but it doesn’t quite deliver the breadth of choices you might expect at this price point.

This place should be a 5-star, 2-star, rating hotel. So why the 4-star rating? We got an excellent service from reception, maintenance (quick safe deposit box fixing), housekeeping and F&B.
