@thewestinjakarta offers an incredible skycrapper view at the heart of Jakarta. Our one night stay has been enjoyable and relaxing with a 180-degree view around our room, including inside the bathroom. Modern minimalist is the best way to describe its ambience.

I would say that their specialty are Chinesse and Indian food that taste really good. Located in level 50 and above, a cool indoor pool with spacious sauna room in the change room is pampering.

They have special offers this month starting from IDR 2 million nett room/night for westin room type including breakfast for 2. Also enjoy late check-out until 1pm for full enjoyment! All type of rooms are with city view, but only few rooms with bathroom facing the city view. Lounge access and a 3-to-5pm afternoon tea complimentaries are only included in premium, junior and president suites rooms.

They also have a fancy rooftop dining at level 67-69 that is worth trying for our next visit :)

Overall, we are happy and satisfied with the service! To top it all, sleeping with a city view in front of us is just awesome!

The team exceeded my expectations when planning a surprise. They were very attentive to details and were very prompt in their communication. Not a customer service oriented service. Been 3x stayed here but consistently I felt dissapointed. Example today when I came to pick my stuff, very much dissapointed. They put my private stuff inside clear plastic and gave it to me in public area in front of others. I felt embarassed and dissapointed. Not a cust oriented service, very careless. I will never ever again choose this hotel for any reasons.

One of the newest five star hotel in town. Occupying one of the tallest building in Jakarta, if not the tallest, The Westin Jakarta makes a comeback after missing for about two decades from this metropolitan hotelier scenery. The Westin Jakarta boasts a commanding view over mostly Jakarta CBD area. The lobby is located one of the few top floors of this Gama Tower, as is the all you can eat buffet restaurant, which is one floor up from the lobby level. Just press the elevator button and it will zip you up to the top few floors in no time.

The tallest building in jakarta. Belom pernah coba nginep sih, baru pernah makan di henshin nya. View oke, tapi menunya ternyata sushi2 gitu dan mnurutku krg worth the price ya. Karena banyak sushi enak yg jauuuhh lebih murah. Tapi kalau sekedar mau nikmatin view from the top si this place is nice :)

Had a chance to stay there for a night. The staffs are very friendly and always smiling. The got us the room at level 62. The view was beautiful. I always love rooms with huge windows. The twin beds were large and very comfy. The room was clean & spacious.

The Westin Jakarta is an excellent hotel located in one of the highest buildings in Jakarta. All the rooms located on the 53rd to 67th floor, thus giving a stunning view of the city from each room. The corner rooms on each floor are especially nice as they have two glass walls with excellent views overlooking the city. These rooms are also special for their washroom as they also have a glass wall right next to the bathtub. Along with the well maintained rooms, the staff of the hotel are also super friendly and provide a great service. They help you with any request you may have during your stay and are also well trained to respond any kind of emergency you may have. Overall The Westin Jakarta is as good as any hotel gets and I would personally recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Jakarta.

I stayed in Westin Jakarta with my mom and sister and overall is good experience for us to stay there.
Our room was on level 57th and the view is amazing, we can see the Jakarta city view.
The room is tidy, neat and spacious. While the service is also good, because we requested for the late check out.
The breakfast was included in our room, but sorry to say the breakfast menu is not many as the lunch or dinner menu.
In addition, I recommended you guys to try the Henshin restaurant and the lounge, because the foods are great and the view is amazing.
Least but not last, currently Westin Jakarta is the tallest building in Jakarta, so enjoy it.

The tallest hotel in Jakarta! Great view, great features. Despite chaotic check-in due to fully occupied day, I'd still give compliments for what turns out to be a great stay. Heavenly Bed is just awesome and the pool might small in size but it offers great view at night. The view from the gym is also marvelous. Breakfast is packed with variety of food but the best part is the SuperFood. Definitely recommended!

This place is what you will definitely expect it to be. Of course for the hotel is a part of Starwood Prefered Guests collection of luxury hotels, it better be standing up to it's name, and with the hefty price for a stay it better lives to the expectation. And it sure does. They have almost everything you could ever want in a hotel. They even go further by writing a personalized letter by the manager to the guests and putting it on the desk inside the guest's room. All I can say is that if you have the money, go for it, this is one of the best hotels in Jakarta as of now.

Stayed here basically my entire stay in Jakarta. Loved it. Amazing service, great food. Can’t even pick anything bad from this place. Loved the breakfast especially. It was so convenient to have the roof top bar upstairs. Highest rooftop bar in Jakarta over looking the entire city. Can’t go wrong. Will definitely come visit again next time I’m in Jakarta ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is the second time I stay at Westin and on both occasions the toilet cannot be lock and the safety chain for the main door is broken. Stayed 2 nights this time and after they make up room there is a piece of broken glass on the carpet and my kid step on the it which cause his leg to bleed good thing its only a very small piece of glass and it’s only a little scratch.

When you go out, you want luxury. You want everything to be nice and stress free and you want to have a nice lavish trip. That’s what Westin helps us to have. A lavish trip with huge rooms and the bathrooms. Bath tubs are my weakness but nvm. A 7-star. It has a friendly and helpful staff. It has all the tasty food and you get to taste all of the exotic dishes of Indonesia here. You get a nice, lavish and an enjoyable trip with cheap hotel prices here in westin. It is too cheap for the luxury it offers. It is affordable and has a positive vibe around the hotel.

Went to Seasonal Tastes Resto at 51st Floor at The Westin Jakarta. The variety of food was quite good but for the taste wise was not that fantastic. The beef was too well cooked made it hard to chew and swallow. But the spectacular view and ambience of the place is worth to visit again.

Not so kids friendly. For a couple should be a nice place to stay in. They have a small indoor pool. Steam room n jacuzzi is in the changing room. Fitness centre is available. There's a drink place at the top floor with very nice view. Name is Hensin. Buffet menu is 3 out of 5 star.

Hotel yang terletak di jantung kota Jakarta. Hotel nya mewah, ada parkir vallet, karena saya ke sini untuk undangan pernikahan. Saya mau menceritakan tentang ballroomnya. Ballroom untuk undangan pernikahan memuat banyak tamu, interior cukup mewah. Makanan untuk pesta pernikahan bervariasi dan enak rasanya. Saya paling suka salmon creamy sauce dan rib eye nya. Salah satu pilihan yang baik untuk menyelenggarakan acara pernikahan.

Excellent service and dining experience. Parking is easy. However, the building layout might be a little confusing to some. Just don't be afraid to ask a staff member for assistance!

The Westin hotel Jakarta it's one of choices family for wedding ceremony. The place not to big but the decorations fabulous, and the food delicious. Parking lot especially at basement very secure and the security good service for giving the direction.

Nice hotel with great ambience. Especially the restaurant which you can enjoy Jakarta from the top of 51st floor. The view is splendid. They also serve good food that you even never taste in any 5-stars hotels before. Favorited grill area which serves the meat very tender and juicy. Also they have Bebek Peking Pizza. Surprising.

New Hotel and attentive staff. First time staying in this hotel and never regret it over the Le Meridien. Checked in at the club lounge which is at the 65 floor oversea Jakarta as its the tallest build. The staff was quick to provide me with the room key as I did a mobile check in using the App. Upgraded to a suite as a platinum member. Room was huge and spacious and bed very comfortable.

If you want to enjoy Jakarta skyline, The Westin is a perfect place. One of the newest luxury hotel which has spacious guest room although not the largest. I was staying in a premium room — room in the corner with lots of ceiling to floor window, can be a bit warm during the day. Room is at its standard with 55" TV and espresso machine, you can simply relax in the quietness of your room. I recommend the spa, more economic if you book the room with recharge & unwind package, 60 mins massage & breakfast are included. Traffic may be bad around the hotel during working days, the only drawback if you need to mobile in the area.

Hotel di tengah kota, kamar dilantai atas view jakarta absolutely fantastic… Kamar. Besar dan kamar mandi yg luar biasa. Restoran di lantai atas bisa nikmati jakarta sambil makan dgn variasi makanan yg bermacam2 ada juga makanan khas india. Staff hotel menyenangkan. Fasilitas kolam renang dll yg top abis. Do berkunjung bila ada waktu dan duit ya…

Love this hotel. Feel luxurious. And this lobby on 52th floor! The room very huge with outstanding view especially in night time. Can take a look around of south jakarta. Really enjoyed even just stay for 1 night.

Keren lah. Sangat cocok untuk makan malam. Ada menu sushi yang sangat enak. Sashimi juga. Ikan tuna dan salmonnya sangat segar. Ketika daging ikan itu masuk ke dalam mulut, daging itu akan langsung lumer di mulut seperti kerupuk yang tercelup ke dalam kuah soto. Ada juga sushi dengan topping tahu. Tahunya sangat manis. Ketika pertama kali memakannya, kamu akan berpikir untuk memakan sushi itu sepanjang hidupmu. Dengan cita rasa yang manis, kamu bisa merasakan gudeg jogja dengan sentuhan rasa Jepang. Ketika gigitan pertama tahu menyentuh lidahmu, suasana hatimu akan seperti berada di hamparan bunga sakura. Kamu akan merasakan sejuknya iklim Jepang dengan memakan sushi dengan topping tahu ini. Suasana ruangan di lantai atas sungguh menakjubkan. Sangat cocok untuk makan malam bersama Melody, Viny, Shani, atau Isyana.

Roof top bar — small and design could be better lights are reflecting on the glass — selection needs review. Fine dining outlet needs better management control And interaction — guests are lost with no hostess and directions on what to do/ go.

I attend an event here. Although this place is a bit small, but all area is well function and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but a bit slow in serving us. The buffet is so so. The taste of Indonesian food are delicious while the foreign is a little less good. The cake is great, the texture is very smooth. I love their cookie. They also serve unlimited amount of fresh milk if you're not interest in tea or coffee.

Amazing views from the tallest building in Indonesia. The breakfast buffet spread is really laden with variety and vary tasty food. Henshin restaurant on the top three floors of the building offers unparalleled views of the city and offers great and infinitely quirky Japanese and Peruvian fusion food.

Excellent. I want to say perfect but there's no such thing as perfection. So "excellent" it is. They even provide you with this cute lavender balm to get a nice sleep.

Great interiors but service need to be improved. After check in there is noone guiding you or bring your bag to your room.

I love this hotel. Luxurious, lovely, and beautiful at once. Not only the jaw dropping scenery from everywhere you stand (cause the lowest level is 51), but also because its exceptional service! I found the room is not that special in terms of its design and size compare to similar lux hotels. But they have some perks like automatic sheer, portable speaker, and big LED TV! But after all it really is a great stay!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Wonderful staff who are attentive. Full amenities available in the hotel room. Festival Plaza is a short 5 minute walk away where reasonable food is available. However, other malls require a taxi ride.

Meeting room is super cozy and their staffs are very professional. Their main restaurant (Seasonal Tastes) is on 51st floor, first you should go to entrance lobby (50th floor) then go upstairs. And here you will find spectacular view of Jakarta to accompany your dining. The food selection is very diverse. IMHO, for 'conservatives', you may find it overwhelming since there are several dishes you won't likely to find in another buffet restaurants in Jakarta. The most uncommon is Indian foods. But for food adventurer, you will love it! First and foremost, go to their Grill section, they provide every meat & seafood I can think of, even they have turkey! Please also spare some room for dessert you can't resist, either Western and Indonesian sweet treats.
