Visited in late July 2024. Clean comfy & affordable. Near the SCBD area. Lots of food & drink options available nearby.

It's a new hidden gem in the Senopati area and not too far from the supermarket or restaurant. It's a really quiet place and I love that place so much.

Overall, the room and bathroom r clean. The location is also near to Lotte mall and ciputra entrepreneur hall. There's electric keetle inside the room along with its condiments (inst. Tea and coffee).

I had a fantastic stay at d’prima hotel. From check in to check out, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The service is top notch, we end up being bestie with the staffs, especially Mas Hadi that always be ready to assist us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food is also great, best!

Great budget hotel. Font judge the book from its cover. The building maybe look not interesting, but the room is great, thay have electric kettle. Their bfast menu is great. Try their Bubur Ayam.

A tremendous place to stay with very affordable price in South jakarta near kemang raya.

The bedroom and bathroom are clean, but the bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast could be better, but everything else is okay.

I'm considering to coming again for the next trip. One thing missing on our room was the list of phone number, so we weren't able to call the receptionist or the cafe/resto to order room service.

Great stay! Centrally located in Jakarta. Clean cozy rooms and the staff is amazing. Lots of food stalls in the same street and a rooftop with an view of the skyline.

The look and feel of the hotel is awesome! I loved the unique and interesting style, and the pool above the lobby is fun.

Cool place. Sure, the rooms are small but planned well and with a very comfortable bed. Designed and decorations are excellent. If you want space, then this isn’t the place for you.

I would say it's safe hotel to stay in Jakarta. Breakfast here has good standards, nothing special. Location is good as malls and food stalls are within walking distance.

This hotel has Good location. Just opposite thamrin city. Receptionist and housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. But I dont recommend gg to the in house massage. Breakfast is just meh.

Rooms were large and well appointed, good bed and working area, strong Wi-Fi.

My HOME for years. You will find only good experiences here. From the service even the people who stay here. They are kind and caring each other. Room is incredibly CLEAN and COZY. Bed is super COMFY.

My family made first trip at Jakarta a few weeks back and decided to decided to stay at Rufia Residence.

The room was great with good facilities including washing machine with dryer great long stay with family and also great kitchen to cook in case don't have time to go out for kids and family.

We stay at the hotel for 12 nights great location in the centre. Staff has been very friendly and the breakfast was also nice and had different choices to pick.

The hotel itself is great, and the staff are polite and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience with the management was disappointing and lacked empathy.

Room was comfy, staff are really friendly, they provide water galon at the corridor for the guest can take it for free with a Jar.
Some warung available at the front of hotel also alfamart downstairs.

Worth the price. Great choices for stay in a budget hotel, the location is very strategic (near ancol) and there is a convenience store beside the hotel. The room and lobby is neat and clean.

Pleasant place to stay, with pantry on each floor and refrigerator in every room.

The room is good, however the TV is only connectable to the guest's private Netflix account. The remote screen share is only from PC and not from mobile.
