Alhamdulillah. What as such amazing day stay for 2 days at Swiss bell-in Wahid Hasyim. The room is so comfortable, the servers are polite, the foods are delicious, and the price so affordable.

Dated rooms, but could be easily be enhanced with deep cleaning, especially the toilet. Staff was welcoming.

I stayed for 1 night in executive room.

(+) no check in deposit!

This hotel is literally comfortable for family and business trip. It’s a huge room. It’s doesn’t look like hotel room but apartments studio room. They have enough space for 4 people even.

Had a wonderful romantic dinner here. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place for a special evening.

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. A wider breakfast selection would make the experience even better.

Requested upon reservation to have strictly non smoking room and they prepared the room clean and odorless. The room had ozone treatment and changed curtain with fresh ones.

The only classy hotel I could find in this vicinity. The service was great, the ambience and rooms were quite classy.

An amazing place to stay! Strategic location, spacious, and pristine clean. The warm message from housekeeping was a wonderful touch.

A good stay for 10 days. Rooms are spacious, clean, well fitted.
Restaurant is cozy, with good overview of the front gardenia. Menu could've been more diversified.
Staff is kind and helpful.

The location is pretty good—right in the middle of everything! It’s also pretty close to Chinatown, about 20 minutes by car.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night, and it was just okay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, and the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is very ideal and central, which makes getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC took a bit of time to cool the room properly, but once it did, it was fine.

Toilet and bed sheet are clean enough. Room is spacious. For such a price level, I cannot complain about anything. Just okay for the price.

I recently stayed again at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, and it continues to offer a comfortable and well-positioned option in the heart of the city.

Hotel was great, wide pool, sauna and gym. The room is clean and the view is nice, noise from the road cant be heard much, so its great. But you guys are seriously understaffed, mate.

Stayed here for my wedding across the hotel. A bit of walking if you plan to use public transport. Location wise it was ok. The service was nice and friendly.

Swissotel living is a nice place to stay whatever your purpose is, business or leisure.
The lobby is located on 12th floors and feel exclusive, all the staff welcome you warm and attentive.

I stayed here for only 1 night after my europe trip.

One of our fave hotels to go to when staycation. The rooms were quiet spacious, the amenities smell great. On weekend they had some kids activities and foam party.

We stayed at the Fraser for 2nights, and absolutely loved everything about the Hotel. It is so conveniently located and the 2 bedroom was spacious and amenities full provided.

I would like to extend our great appreciation for Ms. Lintang, Ms. Fanya and Mr. Rafi for their patience, professionalism, and prompt & stellar service for my senior parents who stayed at El Hotel

I booked junior suites with 2 rooms 1 bath. Living and dining and pantry. 3 lcd tv. Spacious. The staff are friendly. Near Lotus Matte. I love the breakfast buffet. Variety of food.

Location is on the hub of bus, trains, shuttle busses and MRT (10 mins walk), so the atmosphere is a bit crowded.
A bit difficult to find if you come with taxi because you won’t see the hotel lobby.

I recently stayed at ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu for 3D2N and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is super strategic, especially for travelers who rely on public transport.

I booked three rooms for my stay. The service was very friendly, and everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious, so I could rest comfortably.

Nice place small gym but its okay! Small but nice pool friendly staff!

Staying at HARRIS Suites fX Sudirman was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I mostly like this hotel because it is located above mall, so you can buy food or any other in ease. Another thing I like is because it is located near the Gelora Bung Karno sporting complex.

Perfectly suited for a business stay. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi, great in-room workspace, and a very convenient location near key transit hubs and meeting spots.

I stayed in the Family room and loved the experience. The room was very comfortable and spacious, super clean, and nicely set up. The view was absolutely amazing.
Breakfast was also good.

The room spacious and very clean, strategic location, the staff are responsif and help full.
Especially for marvin and riana the breakfast is good.

Location good if you attending event at Gripa Studio.
Breakfast is not good because most food already COLD at 730AM. (however many resto/cafe around) so advices to book room without breakfast.

The pods are very nicely designed and clean. The other shared bits — bathroom, lounge area — could be a bit more clean but they were satisfactory none the less.

One of the best hostel i’ve ever been! neat places, include great coworking space, and hospitable staffs!
