I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Gajah Mada in Jakarta, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience.

We saw the pictures but until you sleep here, eat here and walk the halls, you cannot grasp how amazing this place really is. My spouse and I agreed it was the best part of visiting Jakarta!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Sparks Life Jakarta.

Good value for money. We stayed in a private room with en-suite. Everything was clean and tidy. All the staff were excellent and the cafe/restaurant is fantastic.

I only stayed one night so I won't be able to say much about the atmosphere.

Spacious rooms and strategic location. The service is good, only the lights in the room and the plug are not enough for studying and working on the computer. I gift 4.3 points.

Dear all guest to be stay here soon!
My honest review based on recent stay December 2025.
I had a pleasant stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable and kept immaculately tidy each day.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota, and I want to express my appreciation for the amazing team who made my experience memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at the best Western munga dua the staff were so welcoming and I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room that had fantastic views of the city the buffet breakfast was amazing I

The rooms are spacious and clean but a bit rundown as this hotel is old. The breakfast is delicious and so many options and the staff are very friendly. There is a pool and gym also.

The hotel is quite old with vintage furniture and toilets. I only got one toothbrush and saw a few small roaches, though the room still fairly clean. The bathtub was a nice for the price.

An old prestigious hotel, great location, but needs maintenance. Good for the cost. Smoky and smelly rooms. Unnecessary furniture eating up the space.

Was here during their opening and now I was back. Nice room, clean and friendly staff. Nothing crazy but my overal thinking about it is I really like the place and yes in the future I will come back.

Overall ok, how to find the entry point is kinda hard. Was having a good room, clean and quiet. The AC was working good as well. Also try the breakfast, need more fruits options!

Nice hotel with frendly stuf, but problem is loudly music whole night.

Don’t pass by on this hotel for a Jakarta Barat visit.
Modern hotel in a quiet safe location in Jakarta Barat a short walk from the Kota Tua. An amazing room so spacious roomy.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I booked the superior suite. The room is great with ample space for living room and bed room. The bad point is the Wi-Fi signal is not stable.
