As an affordable five-star hotel, this hotel is very good. It is located in the city center. The front desk and lobby staff are always smiling and very professional. However, there are still many areas that need to be improved (such as the flow of the shower head is too large, the height is difficult to adjust, the wardrobe door is not easy to open, etc. ).
It should be noticed that Mr. Tizar is a very enthusiastic hotel outlet manager. He told me that I had been staying for a week, so they would like to provide a special breakfast for me and my boss. I'm surprised that he can remember me. I am always out of the situation. He is very enthusiastic and kind, and good at providing emotional value. I'm very happy to chat with him. Although I don't understand a lot of things.
To be honest, I'm reluctant to leave Surabaya. This trip is a good experience for me. If I come to Surabaya again, I will choose this hotel.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Actually the service and tax is higher. When it shows it just amazes me. Because I never expect it has an ice cream ball on it. 😂it’s good taste and the waitress IKA is kind and friendly. She always smile to me and everyone here smiles pretty.
Love here so much. I think I will choose here to live when I stay in Surabaya again. ☺️☺️
