The performance of the staff has received many complaints: guests report that the receptionist is often absent, resulting in long wait times or the need to call for them. Some visitors describe the employees as indifferent, uncommunicative, and unfriendly, mentioning an untidy appearance and slowness. At the same time, there have been positive reviews regarding a quick check-in process and the polite attitude of one of the employees.

The guesthouse does not have an EDC terminal for card payments. Payment is accepted only in cash or via bank transfer to the owner's account (BCA).

The situation regarding breakfast is contradictory. Some guests who ordered breakfast via the app found that the food was not delivered or they were not informed when it was ready, resulting in the dishes getting cold. Other visitors stated that breakfasts are completely unavailable at the hotel, despite their booking.

Guest opinions are divided: some find the rooms spacious, cozy, and appropriate for the price, particularly highlighting the two-story family rooms with a mezzanine. Others complain about worn-out finishes, the presence of mold on the walls and ceiling, as well as torn sunscreens and broken glass in the suites. Some guests noted that the furniture requires updating and that the online photos may not fully correspond to reality.

Cleanliness is the primary issue at the property. Guests frequently report dirty, greasy, and dusty sheets and bedspreads that cause skin irritation. In the bathrooms, yellow deposits, rust, unpleasant odors, dirt, and even the presence of dead insects are noted. Reviews also mention cockroaches behind the headboards, ants in the rooms, and a general lack of sanitary maintenance.

The performance of the climate control systems is inconsistent. Many guests complain that the air conditioners cool the air poorly, operate noisily, or emit an unpleasant smell due to a lack of cleaning. There are also mentions of malfunctioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which take a very long time to be repaired even after repeated complaints.

The plumbing is in poor condition. Visitors report leaks in sinks, clogs, non-functional toilet flush buttons, and broken hygienic showers (where water either does not flow or cannot be turned off). Broken locks on bathroom doors are also mentioned.

Toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided in some rooms; however, the availability of soap and shampoo is inconsistent, as dispensers are often empty. Towels are provided in limited quantities (one to two), and guests complain about their aged appearance and grey color. Drinking water is not provided in all cases.
