I've stayed here 3x, whenever I travel to Malang alone. I simply find this place consistently delivers awesome services despite its simplicity and moderate rate. Moreover, it's right at the most convenient spot of the city.

By mistake we've booked the previous night and we've only noticed upon arrival. The homestay was empty. The night was paid for the day before and the manager didn't allow us to change the dates. I would understand if the place was full but that was not the case. He argued that the room we've booked was not available and the one they had was a 'superior' room because it had a chair and a desk (which was aweful). I believe he forgot to mention as well that it was a superior room because we had a cockroach in the room. Not recommended.
