Lovely hotel, great location within Malang and a shop directly beneath which was very helpful. Very kind staff that went out of their way to help us book an excursion to Mount Bromo with a reputable and affordable company. The rooms were brilliant, very comfortable bed, nice hot shower and good air-conditioning. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and the restaurant was amazing, delicious food and lovely intimate atmosphere. Overall wonderful hotel!
Overall great stay, nice staff especially Steven. I stay for a weekend getaway, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the luxurious lobby and friendly staff who checked me in swiftly.
The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a water boiler in the room. The view from my window was ok.
The hotel offers excellent amenities. I made time to visit the cafe in the evening, and the coffee were fantastic with a great ambiance. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.
