Excellent location and the free ice cream is a nice touch. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that's as far as the positives go.
The pictures posted here of the hotel aren't of the actual hotel (not sure if it's of a different hotel of the same brand somewhere else or just edited to make it look nicer). The room hasn't been deep-cleaned in a long time, there is a lot of dust, scuffs/marks, and mold (especially in the bathroom). Speaking of the bathroom, the water in the shower doesn't drain away and the door doesn't seal. This means that every time we showered the bathroom would get absolutely flooded and it's constantly there as it doesn't dry by the time you next shower.
We had breakfast included but wish we didn't. It was stone cold and when I ordered the chicken it was raw. We decided to skip breakfast for the rest of our stay after that.
Free Wi-Fi is ok & good hospitality of staff & the room is clean n comfort…

The location is great. Walking distance to the blue and rainbow village, nice food options close by.
The room unfortunately was not really clean. The drainage in the shower didn't work so the whole bathroom was flooded.
Someone came to fix it quickly but left us in the bathroom which literally was a puddle of water and our bathroom mat swimming away…
When we had another request — staff again was quick to respond.
We didn't try the breakfast.
