Pesona Guesthouse Syariah Malang

We booked 3 nights in Pesona Guesthouse but didn't liked it. The room was smelly, had no windows to the outside.
Also they didn't clean it everyday, we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. There was a lot of noise from the outside as well. Only plus is that the location was close to the centre. Would not go here again.

Cleanliness and tidiness are very good. Although when we came here the lobby was being renovated. The lobby is minimalist but provides comfortable sofas. The rooms are comfortable, but the atmosphere is quite noisy because it is near the main road. Friendly and good service. Get a coupon for a breakfast snack that can be picked up in the lobby. There is no elevator, so you use the stairs, the employees are quick to help carry things. The furniture in the room is very usable. In the bathroom, please add hooks for clothes. At that time, when I came here, the normal price was quite cheap, 250k because of the weekend, for weekdays it was 200k. Parking the car is a bit difficult because there is no garage in the basement, only on the side of the road. So the keys are left with the receptionist for the purpose of moving the car. A little worried at first about security, but staying for 2 nights here was very safe.

Really good location in the middle of the city, it's close to everywhere, just tired of getting a room on the 3rd floor up the stairs, the rest is all good for that price, choose room number 12, it's spacious, there's a sofa, the room is clean, there's a balcony, if you're unfortunate, you have to stay here.
