I would rather forget this unpleasant stay at the Grand Whiz. The room was a long way from reception, accessed by a series of ramps. The room itself was dirty and badly equipped. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The shower had no soap and the tile floor was dangerously slippery. The power failed several times. The terrace was, like the shower, dangerously slippery. The dinner in the restaurant was nearly cold. The breakfast was poor.

From the moment we arrived at Grand Whiz Hotel Bromo, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. Special thanks to Ainin and Arif for their outstanding hospitality you made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the mountain view breathtaking! The hotel’s service was smooth and thoughtful, from the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return!

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. That was the only nice things about the hotel. The rest was something else. None of the door locks worked from main door, bathroom or bedroom. No hand soap, no hand or face towels. The cupboard was empty, the sink dirty. Worst of all, the room was rather smelly, stains everywhere (photo attached). Food in the restaurant was mediocre and got cold when served. Will not be back.
