Best hostel and amazing sleep and bed in Indonesia and probably one of the best in my 2.5 months travel in southeast Asia! The owner (grandpa) is so nice, and he kindly took me in when I booked the wrong date (I arrived in 6am morning). The home is designed with love and you can see many of grandpa collections during his earlier age around the house. There is free simple breakfast with toast, coffee, cereal and milk, and a fully functional kitchen if you want to show off your culinary skill. Location is strategic, and there are 3 markets right outside of the hostel for your daily needs, and a bus station within 5 mins walk. Train station is 10 mins grab drive.
I am so happy I booked this hostel and the tips that worker Toni provided on tours and trekking and other non tourists spot are additional bonus. Hostel also has a swimming pool for people to relax after a long day, and definitely NOT party environment, and it’s great who enjoy good night sleep and just social.
Everything is just perfect here! I highly recommended this place for anyone wants to visit Malang!

Great hostel! Staff was incredibly helpful and helped us adapt a tour to our needs. Common spaces and the beds were spotless. The showers had hot water and good water pressure. Definitely recommend.

This was honestly the best hostel i’ve stayed in! The workers were so lovely and chatty, super welcoming and helpful it was such good vibes, felt so safe with all the security aswell if your a solo traveller! and for the price what you get is unbelievably good! They also have links for the mount bromo&ijen tours and book it all for you. Can’t recommend this place enough!
