GunYun House

The most comfortable hostel Ive ever stayed in, lovely beds and rooms. Breakfast is ideal with toast and coffee making life very easy. The staff and also so friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend enough.

Best hostel I have ever been to, the facilities are amazing, it’s super clean, very secure, and sweet.
Gates, doors and lockers are to be opened with a key card, really safe.
Would 100% recommend!

Loveliest hostel I’ve stayed in.
This is such a nice hostel. It’s a newly opened hostel, with comfy beds, good showers, and a nice pool. The staff here is friendly and very helpful with everything. They genuinely want you to have the best time. It is definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed in!

Such a great hostel, newly renovated so everything is lush. Has a fabulous pool and really clean social area to enjoy.

Side note: The mattress and bed linen is amazing and so cozy (especially after experiencing some shocker ones elsewhere in Java).

Our stay in GunYun House was prefect! It recently opened and everything is super clean and new. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful (also helped with laundry and arranging train tickets). Breakfast was also included and the beds were super soft! Would definitely recommend it to other backpackers!

This newly-opened hostel is a great choice to stay. I stayed in a single hostel female room and it was super comfortable. The staff and people there were very welcoming and kind too. Don’t worry about breakfast because they provided it. The amenities were also complete.
I also really love the living/common room. It’s very comfortable and warm. Great place for doing work too! equipped with Wi-Fi and comfortable seats with a view of the pool. Not to mention the music choice is nice too.
This hostel is located not far from the city center. Around the hostel there are three convenience store, various street foods, and ATM. Overall would love to stay at gun yun house again :)

I wish I’d stayed longer — this is easily the best place I’ve stayed on my backpacking trip.
Everything is brand new and there’s a clear priority of safety and cleanliness by the team. The doors all lock behind you and you have a swipe tag to access all that you need.
I stayed in the 5 person mixed dorm and the room was spotless. Not to mention I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were two bathrooms and two showers available in the room. The locker box is accessible with the same swipe tag for the room and is huge :) )
The pool is so cute and clean and such a nice feature too. The staff are friendly and ensure that you’ve got everything you need.
I actually had the pleasure of meeting Gun and Yun and they were incredibly lovely people :)
Overall I wish I’d stayed longer to be honest!
