1st thing that greeted us was tobacco smell, despite we are non-smokers. Very unpleasant.
Service was prompt whenever we called, they sent air freshener, and other things upon our request.
There is a supermarket just across giving easy access for shopping and dining. Additional note: Highly recommend Nona Java for meal. Located in the shopping mall as Hero Supermarket. So tasty we went there twice! Among all the places we have dined in here in Malang and Batu, this is the best!
There is no designated covered parking for motorcycles. It feels a bit inconvenient if a big motorcycle (MoGe) is just left out in the open under the sun.
If any motorcycle community stays there, their bikes will likely be parked without a roof, exposed to the elements at the side of the hotel.

The hotel is really good, the waiter almost everything nice they serve customer really good. But the minus is the route to the pool is kinda public and not really private. Also the Wi-Fi is sucks and that is only the problem nothing else bad you should try stay here.
