Manon Hotel offers a great atmosphere with a very strategic location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The buildings are new, so everything feels fresh and well-maintained, giving off a really pleasant vibe throughout the stay.
The rooms feature a clean, minimalistic interior that feels modern and comfortable without being overwhelming. This minimalistic style is also consistent across the entire hotel, creating a cohesive and calming ambiance.
Overall, Manon Hotel is a lovely choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located place with a nice atmosphere and contemporary design.

My first time here, it just right for me and family. Yes definately will come back here if I go to Semarang again.
Rooms : spacious enough, clean, quiet room, and the view just enough.
Service : great service from the security valet, front office, resto, house keeping.
Loc : very strategic location, near the semarang tawang train station and the Kota Tua where so many resto and tenant especially night and weekend.

Great boutique hotel right in front of Tawang train station and in Kota Lama. Price is very reasonable.
The room size is not too small, sufficient to do some simple yoga stretches in the mornings. The beds are comfortable, the towels are clean and thick.
Breakfast is not buffet style, instead you choose the night before from 7-8 choices. All of the choices were yummy and well portioned, fruits are available buffet style as well as black tea and black coffee (you can order espresso drinks and juices with extra charge). The restaurant is not too big but it was never really crowded so you can have nice relaxing breakfasts, which was served from 6-10 a. M.
The staff was amazing, after only 1 night they remember your food and drink preference.
Things to keep in mind:
Because this is not a 4-5 star hotel, some amenities are limited. They only provide bath towels, no hand towels. No hairdryer in the rooms, I think you can borrow from the front office, but I brought my own. No shower cap, cotton buds, cotton squares provided. Soap, shampoo, dental kit and hand soap bar are provided. None of these are a problem for me, but you do need to bring your own if needed. Also there is no toiletries rack in the shower, so make sure you don't mind to put your stuff on the bathroom floor.
Overall, very pleased with Manon. Please keep up the maintenance and the cleanliness. We hope to be back.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Semarang. It was a beautiful hotel with so many details well thought out. The price to amenities ratio was superb! I love the decor of the rooms. Very sleek and ambient! It would have been nice if the water refill jug could fit in the dispenser so it wasn't a two hand activity, but that is just being picky. I absolutely highly recommend this hotel and will 100% book my stay here on my next trip to Semarang!

Best hotel stay in Semarang! This place offers unbeatable value. The rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly quiet, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff are top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring both the Old Town and the city center. A mosque is conveniently located just across the street. I loved my stay and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Brand new hotel (opened in 2025), very centrally located across from Semarang train station and walking distance to the old town center and restaurant options. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean with large bathrooms and nice rooms. The staff were quite friendly although the agent I dealt with was quite limited in English. As I had to leave early, they were very kind to pack me a breakfast box to go. The only slight issue is that the room was unbearably hot upon arrival and the air conditioning was not too powerful and took quite a while to cool it down. But overall, a good stylish modern new choice in particular if you need a train.
