We only stayed for one night after a tour of Borobudur and wish we stayed longer. The 2-Bedroom Villa was perfect for my travel friend and I to have seperate spaces but would suit a family. The location was stunning, off the main drag and nestled amongst the trees. The restaurant and also breakfast venue was a beautiful Java / Indonesian design with some traditional cottages onsite, that felt very immersive of the area.
The staff both night and morning were very helpful, friendly and gave some great local tips. I borrowed a bicycle for free and rode around the local villages in the morning — recommend!
Breakfast was fantastic and if you were still hungry (we weren't! ) there are free eggs and noodles in the Villa to help yourself you to.

Private villa backs onto natural greenery.
Enjoyed provided Indonesian breakfast, with local juices and coffees.
Dinner at same restaurant location across the road from the villa, which is also peaceful, green and Javanese in aesthetic (with more accommodations available).
Note: on small country road, which seems to occasionally be used by open top tourist VW-themed rides.
Bonus open kitchen with utensil, fridge, end less fresh water dispenser (hot/cold), seating and free 2-minute noodles for the peckish.
Pool and rooms extremely clean.

The small plunge pool makes a big difference after a bike ride in hot weather. We liked the restaurant, special mention for Wawat who is very smart and friendly and delivers good service. Breakfast was good, with pancakes, Indonesian food and bread with marmelade and chocolate. Nice atmosphere. We could walk to the Borobodur in less than half an hour. Countryside around Niti Bhumi is picturesque, with nice people smiling and waving to you!
The saddle of the bike had some pins, so I have to buy new trousers now.
When you stay here, count with some noise, because there are several mosques in the neighbourhood.
