Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best parts, lots of choices and everything tasted fresh.

Pretty solid hotel. It’s my first ever solo trip so keep that in mind for this review. Paid about 120+sgd for 2 nights. It’s not fancy but to me everything is just enough for a good stay.

I was booking online for this hotel, it said included shuttle bus to airport.

The rooms is extremely clean, staffs are very polite even though it's their fasting month. One of the staff that escort us across the streets safely and back even its not part of their jobs.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The room was new, clean, and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The facilities also felt fresh and comfortable.

Our group of 9 stayed at Panbil Residence Serviced Apartment for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly one of the most memorable stays we have experienced.

Everything is so splendid here! From the interior designs, to staff's professionalism & hospitality, and their hotel facilities like various types of cuisines/restaurants, spa, pool, gym, etc.

Vegetarian breakfast buffet spread was good. Affordable room rates. Nothing much to complain at this price point.

Grand sydney hotel. The bed is very comfortable, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and most importantly, the room is very clean. The price is reasonable and it is worth staying.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it has long been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area.

The hotel is located slightly away from the city, making it peaceful and not too crowded. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

My dad had a solo trip but this hotel really made my dad had a nice & comfortable stay. All the credits go to the friendly & helpful staff. The sevices (shuttle, food, necessities) are really good.

I stayed for 3 days in Oct 2025. Now I came back again to stay here today 17 Nov 2025 for another 3 days. The short range breakfast buffet is delicious.

Quite a good hotel.
What I liked:
1. Spacious room and toilet. It had a big double room and a bunk bed so ideal if ure coming with kids.
2. The eska massage and spa is in the same building.

I was stay at Family room at Eska hotel. Suci from Receptionist very nice and good hotel services. Give is free late check out till 1pm and arrange free shuttle.

Nice place to stay, affordable prices. Friendly staff and it has solid building structure, yet there are few furnitures should be renew.

Reception was good and check-in was quick. Able to get one more earlier, though had 2 rooms booked. Morning breakfast was good to have something and go around for travel.

The service provided was commendable, and the hotel's location offers convenient access to numerous shopping centers.

Just spent for 4 nights in this hotel, good enough. The room had great atmosphere, great temperature. I meet korean here in lift, there is a lot of people from different country.

Near to Batam Center, And many F&B stalls both local and international food-chains like Starbucks, McDonald, J. Co, last but not least, very friendly staffs.

Outstanding Reception Service!
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I want to give a special shoutout to Adianda at the front desk.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. To be honest, they need to service their air conditioner because it was leaking, and I had to use a towel to prevent slipping.

Stayed here for a week totally alone because I broke my foot and need easy access to Awal Bros hospital. The staffs were so helpful and they provided a wheelchair to take me from/to my room.

Decent hotel at around $40 a night. About 10 mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Do take note this hotel doesn't have a pool but the bar is spacious for karaoke sessions.
