We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Across the parking lot from Kepri Mall. They have a legit spa service w excellent massage packages. Much better service and quality in comparison to other Eska locations.

Good hotel for the price. Very friendly staffs. Provide shuttle to and from Batam Center ferry terminal and to Nagoya Hill shopping center. Breakfast varieties can be improved. Bedroom floor can be cleaner, feels sandy. Location wise just so so, Kepri mall just across the hotel around 100m walk door to door. Quiet mall even for a saturday afternoon. Eska massage and spa is just next door. Very good service and relaxing.

Couldn't give 5 stars because of 2 reasons. Firstly, although the room looks new and well kept, but it is really really dusty. Floor feels powdery with dust and if you pull the curtains open, you can see piles of dust at the sides. Secondly, even though the location is right beside a mall, the mall is quite dead. Nothing interesting there at all and numerous shops are vacant.

Excellent service from the staff. Location is good, there's Kepri Mall correctly opposite the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Only downside is the pillow is too soft and flat. Spa and massage services is superb! Breakfast is superb although there's very limited selection.

Saya suka hotel ini, design modern dan minimalist, terlihat dari luar kecil namun luas di dalamnya, kamar luas tersedia toiletris dan complimentary yg sesuai standard, lemari es dan safet box jg tersedia. Sarapan di lobby resto depan reception lumayan enak dan banyak pilihan tp tdk ada egg station. Ada cafe rooftop dan spa.

This hotel is inside Kepri Mall area feel alive at 10 to 22, after that hour all nothing near the hotel, just prepared some food or snack etc.

Great Ambience and Super Friendly Staff. Have always been their frequent patron but I do feel that the Spa n Hotel can always do better service and pricing. Good Job and Keep Aiming better!

Family friendly, opposite a shopping mall. Situated in a rural area but all amenities can be found in the mall.

Good massage! Relaxing. Book early for your massage if you want to do massage for weekend. It is always fully booked. I like recommend friends to come as it is worth it.

Staff were nice and friendly. Small but cosy hotel. On weekends, they have a very convenient and free shuttle van service which was nice. However, housekeeping and room cleanliness can be much improved. Bedsheets, towels and toilet were not thoroughly cleaned. An okay stay for a very short budget trip.

Spacious room and bathroom even for the most affordable type of room. The best part is the rooftop area. Very recommended.

Nice hotel that has an in house spa. Design of the rooms are nice. Rooms are clean. And it's just across the road from a mall with a supermarket where you can get your supplies. The rooftop bar is nice to get a beer and relax with night ambience at night. Rooms are small but functional with a nice design.

Their groom and bride spa package deal was awesome, a real value for money. Their services was top class. Will definitely go back there again.

Just checked out from rooms 324 & 310 yesterday. Pleasant experience from the moment we checked in till check out. Rooms are clean, decent spread for breakfast and great service and food at rooftop restaurant. Booked taxi service to Nagoya on our second day and driver ensured we reached destination safely (it was raining heavily). Staff are friendly and ready to answer any queries. Spa experience was great too. Thanks for making our first trip to Batam a memorable one. We hope to be back soon. Keep up the good work.

A bit run down, towels and bed sheets yellowish and stained, however, they are clean. Washing basin is cracked. Reception asked for additional RP80, 000 to change to another room after checked with her senior. Room card faulty on second day after breakfast and unable to be fixed by technician, and the front office did nothing to help or offer another room. Generally it is a really a very bad choice to stay in this hotel. Not any cheaper than other budget hotel, and the shopping mall opposit have nothing interesting. The roof garden food is cheap after discount with voucher, taste not bad.

Staffs were on point in service. HH 4 — 7pm. Spa at a decent price. Better to get package. Rooms were clean n big enough. Value for money. Kepri mall nearby is pretty decent. Massage was awesome. Really good weekend getaway.

Best cheap hotel I've ever visited. Room was nice, modern and functional. Breakfast can be upgraded. But it's worth it.

Room service was good, very attentive but they do charge us 15000 for a really small bucket of ice to chill out drinks as the fridge is not working. Room was great! However the spa has given me a nightmare, we were naked and the blinds were not closed properly, male and female of 6 to 8 share the same room (we took 4 in 1 package) also, we were not given a choice (did not ask at all) for the body mask until we ask them what are they applying and why we did not have the chance to choose, they told us the rest is out of stock.

A cozy place with great spa facilities! Great for a weekend getaway to rejuvenate. There's a mall just 10 steps from the hotel where you can get all the necessities. Other than this it would be quite boring around here. Shuttle services to Nagoya Hill were provided on weekends.

Well presented hotel in a conveniently located part of batam. Shopping mall directly across the road. Hotel very reasonably priced and extremely comfortable. Very happy I got to spend a night here after a missed flight transfer. The spa has made me feel much less disappointed with my travel disruptions. Would definitely recommend.

The location was good and there was a shopping mall right infront, its very convenient to buy items because of that. Service was good and response was fast, room service was also polite, overall a very good experience.

Great visit I was here June 2017. The visit was great. Room 402 was excellent. Clean bathroom, clean room, great television limited English language channels. The bed was firm and I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice place but do not expect internet it has not worked for over six months.

My hubby & me 1st time traveling to Batam. We were stay in Eska Hotel for a night.
1st impression shuttle bus service. Good arrangement, then welcome drink when we reached to hotel lobby. The room is clean and tidy. I enjoyed in wellness spa, Javanese massage, pedicure spa and hair.
The stay include 1 free dinner course at top roof garden restaurant and buffet breakfast. I love the buffet… there's a lot the foods.
The staffs and the taukeh were very polite and helps. Towards, consider to stay in Eska Hotel.

It's my first stay here. I came with a friend for 3D2N. The staff were great, room was awesome. It was clean, everything was in placed — the bedding, toiletries, the boiler and hair dryer. Water runs well — for the heater and the toiletries provided were clean. … Our stay included breakfast — had a pretty decent spread with basic toast area, local food and cereals. The last night my friend was unwell. It was about 4am — I called up the receptionist to see if they could provide with Panadol. Unable to verify who is the staff but I believe it's a male staff — He went to check however couldn't find any. He didn't stop there, he initiated to assist me to buy the Panadol from the nearest 24H mart and delivered it to my room — Awesome! I would definitely recommend and come back the next time.

Still got room to improve… Booked a room for a short getaway, Check in is fast and was ask to deposit rph300k cos reception said I booked from agoda. I was puzzled then? And was given a twin bed room and a non smoking room as I was a smoker, if I break rule there will be a penalty of 1mil…
The plus is the rooftop restaurant as the scenery is wonderful and a good place to chill out.
The room sound proof is not very good as can hear peoples opening and closing the doors.
As I only stayed for a night so is fine for me…

This is second time visit at eska with group. Fst time didn't go up to the roof garden. Next visit will go up n try the food n night environment at roof top. Everything was excellent. Room /receptionist /food n service. Will recommend to go there.

Hotel was ok but check in was super slow. Even after making reservation but then staff take so long to retrieve my reservation details. Hotel even requested for us to transfer SGD$80 to secured my reservation because it was peak seasons and it's on xmas eve. I requested for both rooms to be side by side since there's no connecting room and requested that both rooms with queen bed. When we arrived and settled our reservation room was not side by side and one of the room is wit…h twin bed. Rooms are nice but sound proof is so bad. We can hear people talking along the corridor and my room was on the fourth floor and yet can hear chairs n table being push or drag upstairs! Overall it's okay. On our 2nd day, we booked a spa treatment, reservation was okay and staff was nice and friendly. We came down for our appointment which was at 730 pm and to be greeted with front-desk staff eating peanuts which was so loud, she don't even bother to stand to welcome us and her face was so sour! So we just sit at the sofa. Our room were not yet prepared and they are still looking for therapist to attend to us. Such a bad service to begin with. Treatment was good and I was happy with it but then the same front-desk staff is such an eye sore. She don't bother to ask us how was our massage was but instead just sit there playing with her hp and using the earpiece. Seriously? What kind of attitude is that? Waited for quite awhile for my friend's hubby to finish his treatment.

Room was clean and lovely. Good stay, with shuttle service. Rooftop restaurant has a nice ambience although could be brighter. Wish there was a pool!

Free shuttle bus between Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and Eska. Room is spacious and comfy. But our room had a concrete pillar next to the bed. Oddly the in-room safe is not bolted down. Staffs very friendly, breakfast decent though selection is small. Kepri Mall less than a minute walk. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Nagoya Hill for guests too (only on weekends and fixed intervals). Overall satisfied with the service and quality.

One of the great hotels in the near vicinity of Kepri Mall. Tourists love staying here because very near to mall and many other shops and restaurants nearby. Beside the hotel is Masterpiece karaoke. Rooms are great, but lights too dim for my taste. Great rooftop restaurant and also they have dedicated wellness spa & salon here too. Really one-stop for everything!
