Hotel was ok but check in was super slow. Even after making reservation but then staff take so long to retrieve my reservation details. Hotel even requested for us to transfer SGD$80 to secured my reservation because it was peak seasons and it's on xmas eve. I requested for both rooms to be side by side since there's no connecting room and requested that both rooms with queen bed. When we arrived and settled our reservation room was not side by side and one of the room is wit…h twin bed. Rooms are nice but sound proof is so bad. We can hear people talking along the corridor and my room was on the fourth floor and yet can hear chairs n table being push or drag upstairs! Overall it's okay. On our 2nd day, we booked a spa treatment, reservation was okay and staff was nice and friendly. We came down for our appointment which was at 730 pm and to be greeted with front-desk staff eating peanuts which was so loud, she don't even bother to stand to welcome us and her face was so sour! So we just sit at the sofa. Our room were not yet prepared and they are still looking for therapist to attend to us. Such a bad service to begin with. Treatment was good and I was happy with it but then the same front-desk staff is such an eye sore. She don't bother to ask us how was our massage was but instead just sit there playing with her hp and using the earpiece. Seriously? What kind of attitude is that? Waited for quite awhile for my friend's hubby to finish his treatment. When he's done he gave her the card to settled the bill. He ask about the 50K deposit he had paid earlier if she have deducted from the bill, suddenly she get all worked out and gets agitated can be seen on her face expression she said already been paid or something like that. Then she stand up said ok if u don't believe lets go down and check it out. What kind of attitude is that?! Behaving like a moron in a spa?! Seriously! How can a front-desk staff behaving like that? She don't smile, eating at the counter and get all angry cos she have to recount again the bills. I was in disbelief that she's behaving that way and that kind of bad attitude shouldn't be working as front-desk staff and in a spa for goodness sake! Really spoilt my mood. Can the management do something about this?
