Good location 10mins walk from the harbour and got a lot of restaurant around. Only thing it is close to the mosque so there is the prayer from early in the morning and through the all day.
Disappointed in the room: double room. The bathroom was dirty and the water could never leave the floor. A really dark room, no proper bedsheet and looked very dirty. But a good and comfortable bed.
Not a really good customer service. I didn’t not have any welcoming information and only find out on my second to last day that there was breakfast.
The place is good but the owner has to hire new stuff, they are so rude. The woman who prepares the breakfast was so rude to us and on top the food was not good. Too much salt and oil, especially the omelette, the pancake was stillhalf raw.
But the old man that stays at reception at night is so nice and professional. He and his wife are amzing but the others are so rude, they are always acting like they are doing you a favor. The rooms are in a desperate need of a deep clean, spider webs and dust everywhere.
I will give it one star but only for the old man how was nice to me.

Highly recommend all of u to stay here in Nusa Penida. The staff was nice and the place was so comfortable. Highly recommend for those who is solo trip/couble or a group of friends. And also the location is fantastic (Near the main harbour) we have a lot of luggage can also just simply walk to the hotel. Breakfast was okay and even room service the breakfast for us. Worth for price.
