They were always ready to help. Arranged for us snorkelling activities and even scouter rental. Everything fair price. The AC was our best friend :D.
We will definitely comeback!

Very happy with this homestay, the location is great a short 5 min walk and you’re on the main road.
The staff are so nice and welcoming, my partner was very ill and they were so helpful.
Shower would sometimes lose pressure but it would always come back to full pressure after a minute or two other than that was perfect.
The breakfast is very good and they change the food slightly every day which is nice.

Had a amazing stay! They saved us in the middle of the night when an other hotel turned out to be a scam. The family is so kind and helped us throughout our entire stay with tips, scooter rental and the boat journey back to Bali. You get a simple, but nice breakfast. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place, clean rooms and toilet. Breakfast included in the morning, it's a great bang for your buck. The girl that runs the place is the best, so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place to stay, this hostel was not just a place to rest at night but a sociable experience which we will never forget. The lovely owner Citiz and her incredible niece, Elisha (hopefully I spelt that right) were very welcoming and great people. From helping 4 idiots who had just got back, to booking us a trip, cooking us delicious breakfasts, showing us the friendly house cats and being a great laugh it truly felt like Elisha was our friend and not just a staff member. If returning to nusa penida I will be returning and I highly HIGHLY recommend anyone staying there does too especially if you want to build meaningful connections. We stayed in a private room (which was very clean and cool) and still met so many wonderful people, thank you so much Citiz, until next time 🫡

If you're staying in Nusa Penida, Toya Pakeh, this is the spot to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, they offer great services and above all, the ladies are truly wonderful 😊 Highly recommended👌

There are no words to describe the hospitality of Icha, the girl who runs this hostel. Attentive, kind, honest.
The hostel facilities are impeccable. Don't hesitate for a second to stay here.

Citiz house is really 👌 place to stay. 5 minutes walking from the port. So many have mentioned by mistake or due to lack of knowledge its name as Sanur port, it's not Sanur, it's Banjar Nyuh port. Market is near, it's near an Indian restaurant. It's name is Indian Dhaba. Check the menu correctly, it charges taxes apart from the main course rates, which are already very expensive. So be careful, then eat if your budget allows you. Coming back to Citiz house, it also provides complimentary breakfast which is good 👍 Thanks Icha for your wonderful service and your behaviour. Will definitely recommend to future customers 👌 One small advice there should be one Trash bin in every room, which was missing.

We stayed at citiz‘s for 10 nights in September 2024.
It was recommended by a colleague of mine and it did not disappoint.
The way from the harbor to citiz house is a bit overwhelming and adventurous at first. But after some hours on the island one understands, that it is just the chaos when the boats arrive.
The rooms are really clean, and our room was regularly cleaned over the duration of our stay. And the rooms have warm running water, which is not the standard on Penida it seems.
Every morning they offer you breakfast which is included in the room price. The food is really good.
And you can rent your scooter directly from them.
But the best thing about our stay was the welcoming nature of Icha. She and her friends are always friendly and helpful.
We got the best restaurant and Warung recommendations from her.
We really enjoyed our stay on Nusa Penida.

The best hostel ever! From the rooms to the breakfast and Icha is such a beautiful person. Not only as a worker but also I consider her as a friend. Thanks a lot for these days.

We stayed here for 3 days. Clean and simple room with breakfast. We also booked the snorkeling tour with the staff, who is a very helpful and friendly lady. We had a great experience with snorkeling. They also provide other services such as motorcycle rental, massage, etc. Oh… And free drinking water. 👍 Though there are a few things that can be improved:
1. The drainage smells.
2. The water supply seems unstable. When I took a shower, it suddenly stopped.
3. The Wi-Fi is always not working properly on my mobile, but since no one else complained about this issue, it might be my mobile’s problem. 🤔
Lastly, remember to bring the earplugs or ANC headphones, because there will be a morning call for prayers at 4:30 am. 😂

Excellent location a short walk from Sanur harbour, 5 mins walking distance from the beach, market, restaurants and convenience stores. Anisa is a wonderful person who speaks perfect English, is super helpful and is a tourists delight. The only thing missing is a wardrobe in the rooms but Anisa does give you cloth hangers instead.

Solid accomodation. We got 4 people hostel room when we were in a pinch. The hospitality is truly 5/5. Our friend was sick and could stay for longer after checkout, then he was driven by them to the docks for the speedboat to denpasar. It feels like they really care. The pillows could be a bit better but I would still rate 5/5

The place is clean and comfy. The path is not that easy to find but it’s actually not a problem at all. They have a path with pretty coconut trees and very quiet since it’s far from the main road. Icha was hosting us and she’s amazing. Very helpful, extremely friendly, very good with guests, and accommodating. She even helped us to catch our speed boat. Thanks a lot Icha! Will definitely stay here again.
