Shabby rooms, meager menu in the restaurant, more than two days to live in this hotel did not want to.

Rooms are not good. Hotel near to railway station and lot of good shops, parks, and mall are with in 1 KM. Keep your money and valuables in locked place or keep them with you as room cleaning staff is not trust worthy. Food is tasty but there is no variety.

Unbelievable service by staff. They took care like mother when I fell sick severely… All the staff including house keepers, receptionists, etc are enquiring my health periodically and ensuring the things I needed. Manager arranged a cab for me in the morning when I informed that I need doctor. Escorted by 2 ppl. Room is excellent, ambience is very nice & best part is breakfast. Staffs are so friendly here. If someone is on corporate visit & looking for decent Hotel, Ginger is best option. Well located near to Sayaji Garden… One can enjoy morning & evening walk in fresh environment. Near to Vadodara Railway Station & also not far from Airport. Well behaved staff & Nice food. Loved my three day stay here.

Good — 1. Well trained and helping staff. 2. Clean and basic comfort. 3. Good Indian breakfast and meals. Bad — 1. Very narrow parking entry and exit. Not suitable for bigger cars/SUV's.

More better options in same price at available now. It's no more an attraction. They will have to improve upon a lot many things e. G. Housekeeping, odour, lighting, restaurant etc.

The rooms are clean, airy and very well maintained. Service is excellent our queries are attended at once. Rooms are not thar cosy. Also when you enter the room, you may not feel energetic and enthusiastic. The reason being illumination of the room. Food here is okay. The gym can accommodate 3-5 at a time.

Overall it was a very good experience. The location of the hotel is easily accessible and it's near to the railway station, bus depot and the airport. The food is also good, but can be improved.

A budget hotel in the heart of the city and walking distance from the nearby Zoo. The hotel has good connectivity to the railway station and connecting bus stops. The area around the hotel is quite happening and you'll find a lot of people to have a conversation if you're interested in that sort of stuff. As much as I liked the area in which the hotel is situated, I'm not sure to say the same about the hotel. The room numbers are a mess, no order at all. This is the first hotel in my life which I have seen with such numbering system. Secondly the rooms are cramped as hell. Surely there are two beds fitted to the room with a small cupboard and tiny refrigerator (which refused to work at desired temperatures) and there is a table and a chair to sit on. But this leaves hardly and place to move around and you get a feeling of being captured in the room. There is a window in the room but after seeing the view outside, you'll prefer the window to be closed all the time (as if it got opened in the first place, Sigh! ). The beds are comfortable and provide ample amount of good sleep. The staff is friendly and ready to help out with anything. They will call you up to confirm that you are checking out of the hotel in time. Another surprise was the optional toiletries in the hotel. If you want these basic things, you'll have to shed some extra pennies to get them. In the same cost you can easily purchase them from outside.

Decent rooms in terms of overall furnishing. But air conditioning is pathetic. Takes hours to cool the room to normal temperature (tried different rooms but no difference). Bed mattress not having good support, resulting in pain in back.

Rating given for the restaurant. The food quality is good and have both veg and non veg buffet available at same price. The only problem is there is very limited varieties dishes available.

I don't know hospitality just I visited for dinner. The buffet items list very short. Not much varieties. But taste is good.

Not up to expected… Restaurant is attached to reception is not a good idea. Room was not cleaned, AC was not functioning, service engineer checked and rectified but that was not upto mark. Tariff rates are up class but room quality and service is below average. Taxi was booked for Airport drop same was not provided… Request management to look into the issue to improve the quality of services.

Non transparent prices. Their tariff changes daily like share market. The front desk didn't have the courtesy to inform us. The rooms look old, but have been well maintained.

Ok kind of budgeted hotel. Rooms are neat & clean. Food is bad and breakfast is too bad… Always the same menu… Nothing innovative or new.

The reception was very nice and you are given a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are lovely and air conditioned.

The buffet (non veg) was 400 including tax. There was no special room for the buffet, it was in the groumd floor lobby. The food was good. Everything was limitless except ice-cream (one scoop). They ran out of a sweet while we were eating and replaced it with some other sweet which was pretty disappointing. Other things included, two starters, a mutton curry, a chicken curry, some veg curries, dal, rice, two types of sweets, salads and some other stuff.

It's not as great as some other Ginger series places, but its a good one to stay in Vadodara. Plus location is perfect. Malls, Garden, Multiplex, Railway station are nearby.

I stayed in this hotel for 12 days. It was an awesome stay where I witnessed some very good food and the rooms were well designed. The buffet dinner comprised of some very good cooked food. Both veg and non veg. The cook Dhampal was just superb. Moreover hotel staff was very courteous nd humble especially Radheshyam was always ready to make things that always. Overall very good experience, loved it.

I am going there to meet my customer who is stayed in ginger hotel. And hotel was good. Good receptions and good interior and security system is also friendly. But I am facing parking problem because I usually visit ginger for customer meeting and parking is a issue as hotel is in a crowdy area.

I stayed here for one night for an official visit. It is purely a budget stay. This is not a place if you are looking for luxurious stay & fine dining. The rooms are compact. The place is clean & hygienic. They offer good buffet breakfast & dinner. The staff is friendly & room service is prompt. They don't offer many of daily needs complimentary, such as, Toothpaste, Shaving kits etc.

Ginger concept of better rates with self handling of goods and all is appreciated by some but not by all people. Rooms are smaller then needed. Food is good. Ginger is located best in terms of distance to airport and stations.

I am styling this holder for more than 5 months on a single go. Rooms are small but very clean. House keeping services are exllant. Special mentioned to Amit and Kaushal. This 5* only for house keeping. But Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time.

Comfortable stay, delicious buffet spread, reasonable weekend rates. Food a little overpriced thought, but overall convenient, clean and safe.

We go there often for breakfast. Excellent food quality, though the food options for buffet can be increased a bit. Dont get there later than 10:30 Am for breakfast though, it closes off.
