Treebo Saini Inn can be considered very good budget accommodation conveniently located on main street:Diamond Harbour Road. Front office is professionally managed by Arindam & equally supported by staff. Recommendations for upgradation of room aircon with energy efficient models. We as family had comfortable, safe stay at this property. My rating 3/5 (very good).

The first day was cool. There was is this young guy helpful n all … Next day the new guy at the reception was kinda grumpy and mean … having told them to prepare the bill well in advance I had to wait a good 10 mins at the counter… and just as I was about to enter the car he sent someone down to call me for a payment he did not include in the bill … what a nut case.

Prominently located. About 200 mtrs from Jatin Das Metro Station. Places of worship in vicinity. Has a connected restaurant.

The hotel is located in Alipore and maintains very good facilities at a pocket friendly price. The hotel also has a roof top restaurant that provides really awesome food.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and very good value for money. Breakfast was so tasty and so was the veg byriani. Really recommned this hotel and the area is great too, me and my sister walked to the kali temple from the hotel and an Uber into the centre is only 20 minutes! I would stay here again.

Horrible hotel. Can't be a 3 star, my opinion no star. Below are the detail for room 306 and 307. Couldn't sleep at night cause the whole hotel just shakes all night long like 6RS earthquake for heavy traffic vibration on road. Rooms were full of cigarette smells. Duvet cover was extremely dirty and full of spots and hairs in bottom side. We threw it away. Flip it always to check. Toilets and water in toilet stinks. Very old interior which they don't even bother to repair. Scratched and faded all the surfaces of the furniture. Toilet floor is dirty. Toilet exhaust fan is broken and somehow works a bit. Toilet tap doesn't work except shower. Room had an unsafe plywood door with fire stair that any one can come from. Service boys are too lazy all the day and at night that don't serve, they just sleep. Morning breakfast has no time of closing, it can be off anytime, our first day it was closed at 9 am. Well after everything the only good parts are few good people Such as the guy on reception, the 2 security guards and one elderly room service guy was really good.

Nice place well maintained, good staff, need to improve on attending calls of room service otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful place. It has Fooding and Lodging available. You can visit Princep Ghat it is nearby and Behala is also nearby where you can get your hands on the best hand worked sarees.

Excellent hotel large room with all amenities in the room. Bigger room, tea coffee pot, toiletries… Everything at par with big hotels. Keep it up. Highly recommended. Good quality of food.

It's near to khidderpur, new alipur, alipur and behala. Very convenient place.

The staff are good but the hotel has become old as with all things Kolkata. Breakfast was good. Warning: do not take the rooms facing the road because lots of noise throughout the day and it continues at the midnight when trucks start coming in.

Rooms are very spacious. Neat and clean. You can get cab from here very easily. Airtel DTH available, mini refrigerator and a Godrej electronic locker available.

Pros: 1. Near the city. 2. Room is neat and well lit. 3. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. There are rats in the room during night. 2. Some of the pipes and showers were broken in the bathroom. 3. Dinner is costly and not tasty.

This is a very good hotel with great staff, the food was also very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a great time I even extended my stay.

The place is good and a must visit for outcomers usually. But the place is located at a very clumsy, unnatural and crowded area. Prices are a good one for budget accommodating people.

"Good stay but need lots of improvement. Great hospitality. " Treebo hotel is one of the chain of budget hotels in India and have its properties in 45 cities. I have read a lot of good reviews about it so decided to book it for my Kolkata family holidays from April 9th to April 13th. Good and clean room as well bathroom. Clean linen. Bathroom space need much improvement. Jet  spray holder was broken. No place to keep toiletries in the shower space. First day on April 9th, we got room 401. Room was good, spacious. But the bathroom tap was so hard that my mother end hurting her self. We got the room changed to 406.   Buffet breakfast was on terrace which we had to climb stairs after level 5. The door to terrace restaurant have typical some unpleasant smell. Other than that the buffet spread disappoint us. Such limited menu. Plain / Alu Paratha / Puri with subzi (dal / dahi / cholla/ alu (potato) ), Kellogg's, Vegetable sandwich (without toast) and boil eggs, tea and coffee. Thats it! If you wish to have omelette bread, you need to pre-order at the reception first and then they will give you. Didn't try any lunch / dinner meal.   (P. S: Not all paratha they serve daily. One day Alu Partha with dahi they serve, next day Puri with Cholla, next day Plain Paratha with Alu ki subzi) Location of the Hotel is on the main road, so it was easy for us to catch  bus. Because it stops exactly opposite / outside the hotel.
