Must stay property when you are in and around Salem city, great ambiance, sanitized, hygiene lobby's, tasty menu all under one roof… Radisson Salem, amazing.

Probably the worst experience I have had after a 6 hours drive from Chennai to salem. I checked in and I was pretty exhausted. After all the check in procedure, I was heading to my room but guess what? the lift wasn't working. My room is on the third floor and nobody bothered to attend, they simply asked me to climb up three floors! They dint even call a engineering to fix the elevator! It's not about the tech fault but it's about the receptionist and the service staff who had a big attitude to carry! Simply avoid and find a better spot to stay in salem!

Stay-Room-Cleanliness-Location all was good except the food. Attended the Kaashmiri food festival in Radisson Salem, pathetic food experience. Never had such under cooked food of late. Never ever recommend a buffet or food festival over there as they don't even refill the empty trays, horrible service. If possible avoid eating there. Got food poisoning as well due under cooked food or meat they serve and most probably not fresh at all.

I want to share about mutton biryani in Radisson that was one of the best biryani experience in my life.

Great hospitality. Only 3KM from Salem station and bus stand. Ola is available in Salem now. They provide cab arrangements as well. It was nice choice. The complimentary breakfast provided was amazing. The ambience was great. Never expected such an elegance at Salem. It was really great.

It was nicely built and we had a conference and they are able to accommodate 1000 people. And it was well maintained. Good space for lunch and dinner even for 1000 people. Only the problem we have is the rest rooms. Have found it difficult as only one rest room provided for 1000. Decent food provided for dinner.

Ambience is good. Very good for business as well as the personal trips. Food is Ok, breakfast options are better compared to main course.

Good place to stay. It is slightly away from the city but is calm. The staff are courteous and polite. Rooms are clean. While checking in we were told it was a 24 hour check out but on the day of check out we were told it was till 12. Anyhow thye had accommodated us till 3 but I think clarity would help. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice, cleaning rooms supported by friendly housekeeping staff. Staff were also quick to resolve any issues we faced. However, their restaurant staff (Tangerine) are disappointing to say the least. They take forever to respond to simple requests. One additional area of improvement would be the provision of covered/basement parking.

Went to Salem Radisson for lunch. Let me give 2 good points 1. The food was tasty 2. Good Ambience That's it… Being a vegetarian we found very difficult to find out the veg foods as the arrangement was not proper. Veg and non veg starters were mixed up. The plates, tumblers and cups were scattered and was not dining friendly, we need to walk round the other side of the table to take the utensils. The open live counter served food very slowly. We forgot that we had ordered and then the food arrived. The staffing is very poor. Saying all these, I must accept that the food and taste was very good. Given. 3 stars for food and taste, though the number of items for vegetarians were less.

Based on the location, the hotel was more than I expected. Service was very good. Food was amazing. Pool service was above par. Pub had a good ambience as well.

Right on the highway, it is an easy location for a stopover with family. Excellent food with good options across Indian, continental and Asian cuisines. The place is kid friendly. Ambience is nice and the staff is very helpful.

Ambiance is good. Provisions are good. Cost wise high for city but being 4 star property it is fine. Food quality is good, Pool is available to public on specific time and with prior booking. In summer Swimming Coaching is organized. Halls are available for Meeting, Functions, etc.

Nice hotel and had a comfortable stay… only challenge is at the time of check out we had a poor experience, 4 people at the reception and none was ready to face the customer… we were made to wait for the bill, after about 5 mnts one of the lady there says to reach out to the next desk for check out n were chatting with an other staff. Probably he was from accounts who was checking the system and customers were waiting at the counter. Food was good, house keeping was good.

One of the three decent Buffet Menus in the City. Usually the live counters will also be good. The salad option is best in town. They're in the process of having a open Barbecue dinner spot as well This place is quite and decent than very many restaurants. This place is where I frequently visit with Family. Kids Menu is also available in snacks. Veg and non veg both options are good. However the Weekdays sometimes menu can be disappointing.

A pleasant stay at the Radisson Salem. Great view from the room and very hospitable staff. Their overall grades of service at their restaurant could be improved though. All in all, a nice experience and we would definitely have them on our stay map during future visits. The roads to Salem from Bangalore are every Auto nut's dream. A very wholesome experience indeed :)

I've attended a conference on yesterday, so it was nice on welcoming… While a time left, the same was reverse… The staff where needed was not there to serve Better, not expected Best. While Dinner also, they have provided the food to serve as self… Atleast there must be some help to clarify Neither BAD; Nor Good doubt, man power shortage! Neither BAD; Nor Good!

In room dining experience can be better. Menu card was not kept in the room. On request, we were given a booklet with photocopied menu pages.

Beautiful property in salem… Exceptional service great food and wonderful banqueting facility. Had stayed here for 6 days residential conference and thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality…

Excellent service and welcoming staff. Probably the best hotel in Salem. Well appointed rooms and great food in the buffet. Modern Gym with excellent cardio equipment and high end multi gym. Super location, by unfortunately they don't have a bar because it's on the Highway. Would recommend this property for business travel.

Nice service. While showed an error in booking by deducting money from my account but not doing the booking the hotel was kind enough to offer us the same rate, give us the room and defer the payment as well till took their standard time of 90 minutes to confirm the payment that I made. It was late in the night and we were with two kids and to wait for 90 minutes looked impossible. Thanks to the hotel staff for showing the understanding. Great service!

Shocked to find the management allowing a bunch of people to smoke on the corridor of first floor leading to the rooms by providing ash trays on the night of 31/03/2017. Inadequate staff in the restaurant the following day for breakfast. Never expected this from Radisson of all places.
