Good Ambience, great food and courteous staff.

It was all satisfactory except for the taxi booking, it was not done even after informing them one day prior and that too two times, anyways ola helped us in time.

Service was good. Had a couple of beers and dinner. Its clean and the food was good as well.

Good clean cozy rooms for business travellers. Food prices could be a tad bit lower. Still quite a nice place.

Good ambience, nice interior. Have good restaurant and a popular food court close by. Definitely few notch better than similarly positioned and priced 3 star hotels. Nicely located inside sprawling business park. 10-12 minutes walk to IITM Taramani gate which is close to hostel block and admin complex.

Aroma restaurant is decent place to have a modest buffet. They don't have to many varieties. But whatever they offer, it taste really good. Quality is better than number of dishes. Nice ambiance but they switched off the A/C after 9pm : (

Room was very clean and very well designed and furnished. Offered maximum quality at minimal costs. All staff were very patient and polite as well as responsible.

Located inside asendas IT park taramani, hotel has very ambience, and hotel rooms are nice however housekeeping is not up to the mark, food is what disappoints majorly, breakfast buffet is okay but rest of the meals be it ala Kate is not good and have very limited options.

I had a training session organized by my company. The food was good. The meeting room was spacious and elegant.

Hospitality wise its a top in class place. Comfortability wise its good! The variety of breakfast that they provide is awesome!

This hotel came as a surprise and I totally loved it. Will definitely stay there on my next trip too.

The location is convenient to stay in the heart of the city. Enjoyed a leisure time with favorite companion. Staffs were very courteous. Rooms were clean and the sight of the whole city from the tenth floor was everything you can ask for. Complementary breakfast added some perks in it with a large variety of continental and south Indian dishes.

Nice hotel inside the IT park. Spacious parking lot and food is good. Good for foreigners to stay while they come and visit their coworkers who are working in Ascendas IT park.

Good and will appointed rooms. Away from the highway traffic yet close to the IT parks is the biggest attraction. The sales and front office teams are very helpful and accommodative. Overall great experience.

Fantastic corporate hotel with clean and cozy rooms. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I loved my stay.

Rooms are nice, service is fast, but offers 1 ltr of drinking water bottle per day as complementary, extra is chargeable. How a person can survive with 1 litre of water. It's not about the money, it's about common sense.

It was a really pleasant experience staying here for two nights. Very good service, clean rooms and good food. They have a very good restaurant and a bar restaurant named pitch. Will definitely come back again.

It was an awesome experience. The desserts were beautiful. Heart balloons on heart day. Nice ambience. Strawberry theme. Red everything. Love was in the air. Overall amazing. Me n my hubby had a good time on Valentine's day.

Great Hotel, beautiful view. Looks very upscale. Got a great deal on it through many travel websites. The complementary breakfast was very good as well. Inside the ascendas IT park.

The bar is quite good, dance floor is very small and congested. Crew is professional while the DJ sucked the last time I went. Food is quite over the budget but overall it's fine.

I have stayed in more than 50 different hotels all over India and yet I find this to be one of my favorite. They have very decent staffs good food options, a very good breakfast. The best part I heard Instrumental Rabindrasangeet played in the reception lobby!

Erstwhile Asiana hotel now renamed Metroplace. Been there a few times for lunch. Have experienced average to above average buffet spread for lunch. Don't have fond memories with regard to the food. People working in ascendas techpark would find having lunch here as a welcome change, than the routine food court food. Metroplace conducts food festival once in few months, but nothing to really fitting the description of the festival. Might be a good place for lunch, if you don't have much of an expectation about the food.

The hotel maintains international standard in terms facilities and the quality of services. The entire staff team was polite and made our group stay very comfortable. Had a best experience. Dinning at the hotel was also an excellent one that left our taste buds not to forget the delicious cuisines. Overall 5 stars and more.

The room and hotel was mostly nice and clean. However, there was a cigarette smell inside the loo and we found a cigarette butt under the sink in the bathroom. The free breakfast had a decent spread with nice food.

Nice place, but very interior though. Doesn't have the ambience of a five star hotel as stated. Food tastes fine. Rooms aren't of a great hygiene.

Went to the pub there. Was nice. A little small and you might have to dance near the speakers which could potentially make you deaf (jk).

My company usually sponsor for the corporate buffet. If u have once u won't feel to have again and again. B'coz the food quality is just average. Only few types of dishes available for buffet. I dont know abt rooms and ad-la-kart but buffet just ok. Those who plan to have tasty food, I won't recommend.

The location of Asiana is good as it is within the premises of an IT park. The place is clean and calm. The food at the Asiana palace is not great as it is below average. I have had good food in smaller hotels. But if you are lucky occasionally you might get a good taste here. Service is pretty good. With regard to the hotel rooms they too are of a normal quality. For three stars the rooms are Ok. They also have a bar which is most of the time empty. Small place but if you don't have any other option Asiana is the place.

Best hotel in the city and food is amazing the service from the hotel is very satisfied then it is avail inside IT park so people who come for an interview used to select this hotel is the best options for the person. Important think is Wi-Fi facilities available with high speed. So, the business people used to locate here and we spent a very nice time in hotel. And food are very high-fi. Them the suites inside the hotel is at minimum cost so the people who want to stay is the best option for the person and ac also well and nice.

Highly expensive for the quality of service, hospitality and food you get there. Will not recommend this for anyone in future.

Awesome stay @ Asiana place. Although it is a 3 star properly, the quality was like 5 star. Good quality good and lovely room to stay. Affordable Price. A hotel inside an IT park was just perfect :-)

A stupid hotel, you have to walk atleast a Kilometer from the main road, no Auto or vehicle is available from hotel. One night I came, that stupid security did not allow Auto inside even though it was raining. They provide only free channals like DD1. DD10, I adviced the manager to remove air tel connection and errect an old antana (remember in 90s) so he can do cost cutting.

It was a horrible stay at Asiana Place at Chennai. Not for the amenities but poor and extremely in-human quality of service. Request all travellers to insure yourself well for such experiences. I entered the hotel — the logo on the glass door written in pale purple in a half lit ghostly environment was barely visible, I banged on the glass door and met with an accident hurting my head severely. There was no medical help offered or called. I had to insist on the Medical Help and they arranged after severe grudge and also the amount of a doctor called for emergency check up was immediately imposed on the patient. The entire team was not even polite and extremely uncourteous. When a person is suffering from intense pain she is asked to verify her "Credit Card Details" and made aware of the payment schedules multiple times. I was booked as a Corporate Customer — but still hotel team members were not half courteous and extremely arrogant. I had requested the Manager to be talked to over phone, but he was too busy and was only available next morning even to take a call and to talk to a customer who had met an accident on his hotel preimises. Think before you book this hotel and make your Corporate Booking team alert on such receptions.

Good restaurant and food quality is between average and good. Menu has been lesser with comparison to cost. Good to visit overall.
