The room was nice. Bathroom horrible. Decent and cheap. Breakfast was nice.

Tv and aircondition available… Costly. No parking facility, no free food or free Wi-Fi. Staffs are friendly.

Good things: Budget hotel, located in the city centre, staff was good and supportive, flexible check-in and check out timing, food was OK, complimentary breakfast. Improvements : Room could have more clean.

For the price, the hotel is fine. Rooms are clean but not shining bright. Bathrooms are cramped. Service is pretty fast And the staff is helpful. Hotel is closer to us consulate and even the biometrics place is in walking distance so it serves it's purpose really well.

This hotel is just opposite side of us consulate, people come here mostly to attend us visa interview, they serve complimentary breakfast. They quide and arrange transport to attend the biometric. At present the sub way which leads to us consulate is under renovation, one has to go round in auto or by walk to reach the consulate. Recommend for people who goes for us visa interview.

The reality is very different from what is advertised by the hotel. It's sub par quality and very bad services. The one & only advantage is that it's near to the US consulate. Apart from that, there's nothing that's good about this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The ambience and the staff are helpful and kind. But there's construction work going on beside the hotel which is very inconvenient and noisy to the residents of the hotel. Apart from this service and food is satisfactory. The rooms seem a tad bit overpriced for the ambience.

Stayed here for four days on official work, crystal staff are very cordial, but I did not get Wi-Fi in my room.

It was an average stay. The food was served above average. Staff was very friendly. The benifit of this place is that it's opposite to US Embassy. So if you are coming to chennai for us visa, this would be the right place. You can visit Marina Beach from here which you would get at a walking distance.

Good to stay if you are visiting US consulate. Staff behavior is very cordial and they are very cooperative. But expensive considering kind of cleanliness they maintain and services they give. Bathrooms, bed covers and blankets are not at all clean.

Hotel Crystal Residency is one of the good place to stay in that region. This place is just opposite to US embassy in Chennai. You can easily walk to US embassy by subway available. So if you stay here, you can keep all unwanted items in the hotel room and can go to embassy and come back easily.

Budget accommodation. Ideal for us visa applicants. Otherwise so so. Cook is superb. Had some tasty biryani.

Thumbs up on basic amenities. Average food quality. Received room with mosquitoes and old crappy AC which makes weird noise while thermostat kicks in. Not at all worth the amount I paid. Would only recommend to anyone who is visiting US consulate. Otherwise you can look for better hotels near by.

Happy and fully satisfied with the amenities provided… can't stop talking about the hot and tasty food served here… and moreover the complimentary breakfast especially their hot crispy and fresh vadaas. The reception staff, security were too good and also room service were upto the mark. I would suggest this hotel to anyone as one of the bests and worth staying.

Pathetic place. Staff were good but the room is too old and dirty. Towels, bed sheets, pillows everything was old and dirty.

The hallway was really unclean. They did have some towels in the room (they looked not very clean). The bed was well made. Their tea was good. The place is very close to the US consulate chennai. Overall an okay hotel for the price.

So, me and my husband had to go to Chennai for our visa interview. I obviously took a look at the review and ratings. They were fine. Some mentioned that the room is not that good but it’s closest to the office so I decided that it can’t be that bad. After all they are charging 2500 for a night! But the room was very bad. You would be disappointed even by looking at the front of the hotel. From inside it’s worse. Our room had 2 single beds! Phone didn’t work, TV remote was working after much effort. Ac stopped working in the middle of the night. The blankets were stinking. Food was decent. But when you pay 3k, you would expect the room to be good. Even a 1000 rs room looks better than this. We were so disappointed that we couldn’t stay in the room more than we had to and we just left early for airport to just leave!

Good location, access to main road expecially suited for those who have us visa interview. Good and helping staff especially the manager. Good tasty and hot food always. Hotel is old, rooms, bathrooms and linens is just average.

Unclean rooms, limited facilities. The only saving grace is that it is close to the US embassy. Do not choose this one unless you are on a very tight budget. The additional taxi ride to the embassy would be more than justified.

OK place to stay if you have US Visa related work. US consulate is at a walkable distance. Stay is not fair/worth for the high price tariff. Overall service is satisfactory.

Went there along with family and found the place and the support team to be good, courteous, accomodative and always smiling. It is one such hotel where we would love to put up whenever we visit Chennai again. Very neat and hygiene. Tariff quite reasonable. Food is also served which is delicious.

Very near to US Consulate. Best customer service and room service. Rooms are not worthy for the amount you are paying but as this is near to consulate almost all hotels are charging more than this. From Chennai AIrport I spent 500 INR for Uber and reached here.

I have stayed here before, and chose it again for its promixity to US Consulate ☺️ The receptionist, attenders are all very friendly, and welcoming. The room is not huge, but suffices the purpose of spending the day. The water from tap was muddy, but on request they got us clear water to bathe. The breakfast is decent.

Ok ok place to stay. Decent and clean. But if you r looking for nice ambience and surrounding this is not the place. Just opposite to us consulate. Thats the major plus point. Economy hotel for ppl who come for visa stamping.

This hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi but it's not mentioned before checking in. Rooms are very old and very much overpriced. There are better options around the US consulate area. Try to avoid this place if you will need Wi-Fi during stay.

The Rooms are not that great the only advantage is it is close to US Embassy. Room Service is good but the rooms are pretty old.

Only one guy I found in reception Mr. Prakash is very nice, customer friendly and helpful, rest other in reception are stupid, aggressive and room service is not good.

Very good place to stay if you come for visa purpose. Very near to US embassy. I had booked deluxe room with extra bed. Room was clean. AC was working well. Please don't have food from hotel — not even free breakfast from this hotel. It will make you sick. Over all good experience.

Like the rest of the crowd, I stayed here for the duration of my Visa process. Pros: 1. Location is great. Less than 2min walk from the US consulate. 2. The OFC office is 10min drive. Rs. 100 auto from the hotel. 3. It takes 15min-20min to the railway station. Rs 80-100 in an auto. 4. Decent room for two days. 5. Breakfast is one of the best I've had. Cons: 1. The room service takes some time to get the breakfast. 2. They don't have kitchen so, they get the food from someplace and serve. Overall good place to stay. One night and One day stay cost me Rs. 2700.

Most worst hotel. If I had a chance I will dig their ass holes. Plz no one go for this hotel for ur kind information they dont follow what they show. Loss for the money. Service providers are theifs. illegal activities go on every time.

Worst ever hotel experience. I stayed in this hotel for US Visa purpose. Though the embassy is just opposite to this hotel, this is a worst hotel to stay. AC was not working. I had complained once but management expects us to complain every time till the AC is repaired. It was difficult as temperature was higher than 35 deg. There was no force in water while taking shower. Room was recently painted hence, New paint smell was still there. Some people may like it though. Food seemed like they ordered from road side and served to us. TV remote had no letters n numbers visible. I had even asked to replace it but they didn't bother. Didn't even serve plain water to drink. I would have rated even below 1 star. I recommend not to stay here unless it is absolutely necessary.

I stayed at this hotel just because its right in front of US consulate. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rooms are dirty, no proper A/C, rooms are so small, food is not good (roadside food), do not order food here, if you walk out you can find some good restaurant. Water is so dirty. The price for this hotel is very high for the facilities they provide. Chennai is always a dirty city, never liked it.
