Fantastic Holiday Inn. Very good car parking facility. So far, the ever best I have seen. Only the drawback is that there is no separate Dining Hall. And congested in the veranda. Catering is poor. Sometimes no plates and no spoons. I was searching for spoon here and there. I managed with my hand. Fewer dining tables.

Been here a couple of times. A good place indeed. Very new to the city, and very unique in its architectural design. You will start believing Aladdin tales once you get into this place. From outside, it seems to be a very narrow construction, but once inside, it's no less than your mega buildings. Dine and wine are without any complaints!

One of the best properties in Chennai. Me and my team have been here around 3 months now. All the staff is so warm and helpful. The restaurant deserves a special mention here with their range of desserts including amazing cakes, pies and tarts. If you happen to visit the restaurant and are looking for some great North Indian food here, ask for Kader chef and you will definitely find yourself overeating, like we all have been for sometime now.

Dinner Buffet is good. Decent options if you are taking children. Must try the unique desert options. Very good ambience and staff members are courteous. Washrooms are clean and hygienically maintained.

Went there for the lunch buffet couple of weeks back. The spread was decent, and it was more a vegetarian affair with my non-veg folks complaining that there were not many options. Tried the crepe and the salads. Ambience is not that great as it is right at the SRP junction. For 1k per head with corporate discount, it is just about okay. May not go there again unless if I don't have any options.

A pleasant stay and experience. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Services are upto the mark with no lag. Voluptuous breakfast buffet menu which did justice to the taste. View of both the city side and sea side is beautiful.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed sheets n covers could have been more clean, old stains are clearly visible. Cafe G rocks, be it breakfast or lunch, buffet spread is awesome. Location is pretty strategic n not too far away from the international airport.

Good hotel in a strategic location on OMR. Relatively new property. It is big enough and has all the amenities usually people would expect from a 5-star hotel. They've plenty of business meeting rooms and have a huge restaurant in 3rd floor. The buffet was decent for the price charged. It definitely has good views of both the OMR road and Velachery road. The ambience was good and it was neatly maintained. Overall a nice property in a prime location especially catering to the IT industry.

Nice place for family outing /team get-to-gather. Superb ambience. Serving tasty and moderate buffet for around 1000 bucks per head. Very friendly and professional staffs. Can enjoy varieties of desserts @ Cafe G!

Its a fancy new hotel. Interiors are good as well. Quite spacious, tasty food, great service. All ticks in the right boxes. Though its new, looks like the maintenance is not as good, leaking shower, no hot water, someone needs to look into this. Sports bar was slightly weird, didn't like the experience.

This hotel is built on the shores of the great Buckingham canal and on the IT corridor of Chennai, OMR. Also, the added advantage of this hotel is the reachability from the city. Well connected by the roads and situated exactly on the SRP tools junction. One cannot miss this masterpiece construction mainly on the length of this building. Food is okay kind of things and not so great in there. Ambience is quite good inside despite the location of the hotel.

Quite Horrendus, went there for a drink at the bar. No non alcoholic drinks. No food except for some stale peanut that must of been kept in a fridge for a couple hours, if not days. Only 3 types of beers, and 6 types of spirits, so a very limited selection. All the while we were there they were playing a load looping dance track that could only be described as a computer having some sort of meltdown. I would not recommend this, and I would not return. 1/10. Only one, because it looks like a ship, and, well, I like that. But only that.

Buffet served in the corridor was not so good, with less space for people to move around. The conference hall was quite decent. Getting in and out of the facility from the busy OMR road junction is a bit of pain.

Very nice, new hotel in Chennai. The staff is very nice and friendly and will go out of their way to assist. The restaurant and buffet are both very good. There is a nice sports bar with comfortable decor. The pool is good and located high above the street. Will definitely recommend!

It is a good place to stay provided it's access to city. But the CAFE-G restaurant they provide is not so great. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff are very courteous and the would rate the food above average. The rooms have all the amenities as would be expected of a business hotel. But, the menace of mosquitoes is quite challenging. They don't have permit for a bar as yet though it is reflected in the amenities. Anyways the services otherwise are really good.

Holiday Inn is a good hotel. I had to meet my colleague. Room was good. Though felt like they could have designed it better. Food is good but with repeated same food.

Always 4 because rooms are small for the price but this one in Chennai is by far bigger than other holiday inn's in India. Variety of breakfast and dinner options, tasty Thai Red curry. Friendly and helpful staff. Accessible location. Never try their cabs as they charge double than any other.

The buffet is very good, including the live kitchen and everything in the menu. The special commendation goes to the starters though. Their taste is out of this world.

Had been to Holiday Inn for a wedding. Location is fantastic and arrangements were also good. The food was very good.

A hidden jewel in worst location possible in Chennai with a highly congested road's view for front facing rooms and a sewer with slums for the rear facing rooms. Having said that amazing food spreads throughout the day, great rooms n ambience and mighty friendly staff. Definitely recommended if you dont mind the pathetic location.

Good hotel. Nice decor. Good view. Went for afternoon buffet. Pasta live counter was exquisite… buffet was ok only… I took veggie so varieties was available and met expectation. Dessert was excellent. Cost is high.

Nice restaurant with limited buffet menu and good taste. Waiters are very kind and the location is in exactly at SRP Tools signal. You can easily identify the hotel.

Atmosphere is great. Hospitality at the best. But buffet lunch is not so great. Food quality is not tested before serving. Non-veg items are found to be salty. Should improve in Food & Beverages department.

Just checked in… New property… Value for money, awesome ambience, well trained staff… also, during airport pick-up — they offered juice, soft drink, Wi-Fi… this was commendable… at checking — handwritten welcome letter by GM is impressive… overall delight experience!

Brand new hotel, centrally located in the highway. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Bed is very comfortable. Room service and house keeping is top of the chart. Breakfast buffet is to die for. They are yet to get alcohol license. Very good value for the money.

A good hotel with great ambience. Has almost all the facilities except swimming pool. A decent breakfast. Give it a try to veg paneer sabji, it was awesome. Rooms was very well as you expect. Sea View from the room was breathtaking.

The service from chauffeurs, security guards, front desk, chefs and waiters/waitresses excellent! So far everything has surpassed my expectations. As it's a newly opened hotel, the facilities and rooms are new & clean. The suite is spacious and suitable to work long hours in the room. The sincere smiles of the good people working here made me feel relaxing and happy. Please keep the great momentum. I like this place quite a bit. Mainly visit this place for work related meetings. 1. Has a pretty decent buffet lunch 2. The lounge on the 3rd floor is quite nice. It's quiet enough to have official meetings. More power sources would have been nice. 3. Very reasonable priced 4. The staff is very helpful 5. Lots of natural light.

Conducted a leadership workshop @Pallava hall. Place was elegant, peaceful. I was able to provide an excellent workshop experience to the participants. Food was great with good spread. Reason for 3 star though I blocked the hall long back projector was not in working condition and had to wait for the staff to setup backup projector that created discomfort during presentation. If this was avoided I would rate 5. Anyways planning to conduct my next sessions here…

Utter lack of coordination and training among hotel staff. Series of Sorries and assurances which were not followed by any corrective action. Disappointed!

Wonderful new property at a key location. Stayed for one day with my family on my IHG points. Had a lovely experience… nice warm reception… prompt service… good spacious clean rooms. Would have given 5 stars, but couldn't as the swimming pool was not functional as its a brand new property. They treated me royally…
… drinks and snacks from mini bar were provided as complementary. Breakfast is sumptious and we enjoyed it. The only improvement point could be the fitness center which I felt could have been bigger, but had all the minimums required. Good job guys and I hope to be there again soon.
